AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered 12x bulbs worth £124.74 on 30th April 2025. It's now over a month later and I haven't received the bulbs nor have I received ANY correspondence from the company or even tracking info. They don't have a phone number you can contact and I've now tried to contact them 3 time (twice by email and once their website contact form) with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 20 sunbed tubes on Sunday 16th Feb, delivery made today Tuesday 18th Feb at lunchtime. Could not be happier with the service and correspondence from GB Bulbs.

If you receive your purchase and you are happy about it, so everything will be ok. But if you don't receive it or you need refund or exchange is nearly impossible and you will never see your money back. First red light they have no phone number, so you can just email them, usually no answer at all. I contacted with them by PayPal as my way of payment. After few messages they told me: "this is last time we are reply for your messages". Customer service is extremely rude and that company is kind of SCAM. I'm still waiting for a refund but because I paid by PayPal soon I'll receive it. AVOID this SCAMMERS!!!

That doesn't change a fact you still didn't refund my money, is about three weeks now. Don't be ridiculous your score here (on Trust Pilot) is for the numbers of reasons, similar as mine. And actually I can't see thousands of your happy customers on Trust Pilot, common your rate here is 1.8 of 5.
75% of reviews is 1 star. Is that can be worse? So who is lying about your best service: you or your customers?

Several EU companies do these ballasts but went to these because they are UK based thinking I'd get them quicker. More fool me!!

Poor customer service
I ordered some sun bed tubes two weeks ago and they have not arrived. I attempted to contact the company twice and they appear to be ignoring me as no one has replied to my queries. The phone number I have doesn't appear to exist either. On their website my order has been stuck on Processing for since I placed the order. I know that the company looks at these reviews so would someone please get in touch with me to sort this out. My order is 000069235.
Update.
The company eventually contacted me to let me know that my order would be delivered on Tuesday 23/05/23. I am writing this on Wednesday 24/05/23 and my tubes have still not been delivered. I sent an email off this morning and as yet have had no reply from the company to tell me where my order is. I was originally told that TNT would be delivering the items but I have not even been given a tracking reference to trace this shipment. This would appear to be another example of very poor customer service. If no one contacts me today I am going to start a Paypal dispute to get my money back as I don't think I will get my order and they don't seem to care one way or another.

Bad customer service
I made my order to GB Bulbs (not too happy that I had to pay £75.00 for tax! Don't know why? But, I made my order and waited. And waited. And waited. So I emailed them to ask them why my order was taking so long. I got an email back saying 'they use TNT as their courier/delivery but they said TNT don't deliver to the Highlands' I live on the Isle of Skye - So then they asked me if I would accept the parcel at a different address so I said I would collect from Inverness. Nope, TNT don't deliver there either! I live in the Highlands of Scotland - not the moon!!!! What a waste of time! GB Bulbs need to do some logistics training. I'm glad I had the foresight to email them to ask where my order was or I might still be waiting!!! They didn't communicate with me after taking my money!!!!! Avoid these cowboys!

Sorry, your excuse is unacceptable. You have wasted my time and caused me unnecessary hassle. I have had much larger items delivered free to ny postcode from other companies. You should have done your homework before taking my money and keeping me waiting with no communication! You are either incompetent or just plain unprofessional. People in this day and age expect a certain level of service and you do not provide this. You don't take large amounts of money from customers and then keep them waiting for their order with no communication and then blame your incompetence on the courier! As I've said - cowboys!

Never have I dealt with such a rude and arrogant point of contact as their representative [name removed]. Initial sales queries placed during lockdown only to receive abrupt email responses. GB Bulbs were competitively priced however my resulting first impressions resulted in our company signing a contract elsewhere. A positive shopping experience
I placed an order with GB Bulbs after struggling to source the bulb I needed from Amazon. I was concerned about the company rating on Trustpilot but I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised.
The order process and optional account sign-up process was professional and generated immediate email responses. I ordered the bulb on Sunday and it arrived in well padded packaging on the following Thursday.
I acknowledge that other reviewers on this site must have had a poor experience with this company. I wonder if others who had a positive experience failed to leave feedback to redress the rating? Or perhaps I was just really lucky.
No complaints from me. I would use this company again.

I have been waiting three weeks for my order to be delivered. I contacted them by phone when a week after the order was placed and I still hadn't had a delivery to get a telephone message we are closed until the 19th of July. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that I would receive my order once they were back from their "holiday" and it's now the 23rd of July. I ordered on the 2nd!!! No reply to any of the four emails I have sent. No reply to my phone call. I'm now in the process of setting up a paypal dispute to get my £112,50 back. What an absolutely joke. Just pay more and order elsewhere I wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy!!

When i read these bad reviews after ordering 10 sunbed tubes for £160 inc.post for a friend i thought i'd made a terrible mistake.
However i was pleasantly surprised when 5 days later the correct tubes were delivered by TNT to my friends address. All the tubes were intact and worked perfectly when fitted.
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact the tracking and delivery information was non existant. No notification of despatch at all and 2 days after delivery the GB Bulbs website is still showing my order as "awaiting fulfillment"!

Ordered on 22nd August. Payment deducted immediately. No delivery and no communication. They don't answer phones, emails or website enquiries. Then I saw the reviews below. Shocking. I have claimed a refund of payment via my bank. What a waste of time.
