Review of Outdoor Clothing through Gaynor Sports.

Immediate cancellation not refunded.
Site completed with the wrong address, contacted them immediately no response, item shipped while the office was closed? Rang and they said I could change the address, I could not. I had already canceled the order immediately after the confirmation was received. I have been gaslighted by them from first contact. Item was delivered to the wrong address regardless of my complaints and cancellation to RM and Outdoor Clothing. They agreed to get RM to recover and refund, and despite this have just sent me a mail asking if I had recovered it. They are either incompetent or intentionally evading. I have no coat, and no money; I am currently in Japan with no £120 to buy my wife the coat she needs for the -5 temperatures. Do not buy from this company.

Excellent service and super quick delivery

Item was delivered very quickly and although returned and refunded quickly as well. An email confirming returned item was accepted and being processed would have been helpful.

This is a bit of an unfortunate review for me to have to write, as I do quite like the in person experience at this store.

However, I have recently ordered an item online from the clearance section at a fair discount on one Sunday night, after the shop was closed, paying a little extra for faster shipping - should arrive Tuesday.

No action was taken (that I can tell) for my order on Monday, then on Tuesday at 10am I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. 15 minutes later I received an order confirming my refund had been processed - no further info.

As it turns out, a customer had entered the store in person and bought the item I had already purchased and paid for online in between the time they tried to dispatch it. No other form of resolution or apologies were made, and the initial refund didn't even include refunding my shipping!

Ultimately, quite disappointed in the service provided and likely will not be shopping online here again unfortunately.

I can't fault the actual Berghaus boots, however l was expecting more from Gaynor sports with regards to service and customer service. I paid for the next day delivery service which didn't happen, when l tried to chase this up there wasn't a phone number on their website and it it took two days to reply to my email. The boots didn't arrive in a box which lead me to suspect they were perhaps a return item. This may seem trivial to some but when you pay extra for a service you often do it for good reason, mine was because l was going away and needed the boots. Personally l will not use Gaynor sports again due to their poor customer service.

Excellent service, jacket as described, delivery very quick. Would certainly recommend this company.
