complicated and won't let me enable my location . the link is apparently now 'not found'. completely useless.

when i log on my screen is filled by a couple of message boxes which obscure everything else. the 'help' button says what to do to cancel my membership but the message boxes block me from using any buttons.

It's impossible to find a good shag on this! Try GayRoyal or Romeo for better results. I've not stopped shagging or getting shagged since!

Poor moderation of this website has resulted in it collapsing into the insignificant irrelevance it holds in the LGBT+ community. It is sad that what was once a decent place for LGBT+ people to meet, chat arrange face to face meets etc... decended into a haven for trolls, online abuse and in turn mob like bullying behaviour. The responsibility for dealing with this appropraitely falls down to the owners who clearly either have chosen to ignore this (to their deteriment) or are simply so arrogant that their arrogance blinds them. A website it only as powerful as the desire for its users to access it. As my own experience with gaydar.net has been nothing short of criminal, I choose now not to use it and would warn all others to save their money and employ it on LGBT+ websites which are worthwhile. Unfortunately, gaydar.net is not and has not been for years now. An unHAPPY but honest and genuine review. Of course, I would back up all that I claim with unimpeachable evidence.

I used to like it 20 years ago. It's gone down hill now. I feel going on it. A waste of my time. I don't like the redesign. Where as everyone gone?

Cannot use new site on my Kindle these days. I can get onto my screen but cannot get into the rooms or into private chats yet can do this on my laptop. All I get is a pop up asking if I want to open in a new tab or open in a private tab when I do it took gives me the pop up asking same. Is it the Kindle or Gaydar?

Useless and very complicated website. There chat option dosnt work, often bug problems. I have used this website for many years, but last few years the website became more and more complicated, slow and bad, thats why many customers left the website. I will also leave this useless website soon. For many years i have been unable to date even one nice man.

Gaydar.net used to be a terrific site. Since then it's become over-complicated, difficult to use and seems endlessly to be experiencing software problems. Frankly, it's a bit of a mess these days. Pity; it used to be the go-to site for online gay dating. WARNING: Try it for the shortest available subscription period before committing. When you discover the site's shortcomings and politely ask to be reimbursed and released from a longer deal, they turn out to be less helpful than your average mobile phone provider. Knowing what I now know about gaydar.net I wouldn't have dreamed of subscribing.

I lived with my wife for 50 happy years and because of your silly app I broke up with her. Suddenly I realized that I'm queer, and I wanted to spend my last days with loving boys. But I haven't met no one, and now I'm just an old divorced f... Shame on you!

Site is af slow, pages not refreshing, chatting to people impossible

I left Gaydar recently having watched day after day people on the site verbally attacking and defaming other people without sanction or removal. On other occasions a moderator (who is without doubt the owner of the site) harassed people for just talking, claiming they were hogging the room and interrupting people. There is something seriously wrong with this website. I can back up everything I have said with so many examples. The LGBTQ+ community ought to be cohesive and supportive but Gaydar and its ownership and moderation is the exact opposite. Shame on you Gaydar.

I have used Gaydar for many years and made many friends on there, the last 5 years we have suffered abuse and slanderous lies against many people, Gaydar did there best to stop this abuse but recently gave in to the trolls blackmail and allwed him back on the site, a number of the abused asked the troll for an apology these request have been ignored, and now Gaydar have muted the abused for telling the truth while fully backing trolls so that now he has free reign to do as he likes, If you are considering joining Gaydar be very careful under the present conditions. I will look forward to returning when the troll has apologised publicly or removed again .

It's sad and disappointing i'm having to change a review. I gave four stars at one point - unfortunately today Gaydar made a decision over an ongoing issue regarding a very nasty troll, this person had verbally attacked people, physically threatened people including me. This troll was banned and in the meantime left loads of reviews on here as different people as well as continue to attack, threaten and accuse. Today gaydar said they were going to give him "one more second chance" - basically a F you to all the members he had attacked, upset, threatened. I have today after many years deleted my profile - and i would urge others to do the same in light of gaydars blatant disregard for members safety.

very bad needs bring part of the old gaydar back and not willing to return peoples money whats left of the contract no matter how much the contract was there theifs and god knows how they get away with not able to lock and ban annoying people that bully and harras genuine honest people

I am an intersexed person who is genetically male. I look feminine, Gaydar will not let me upload my photo which is face only as I am a guy who looks quite feminine. This is totally outrageous and a breach of the UKs equality act 2010. I am seriously thinking about taking legal action against this site.

I have contacted customer service over and over again with no reply. They need to sort this out and quickly before this turns into a gender phobic crime.

At times Gaydar will not let you into chat, this can go on for a few days - even after pressing CTRL F5 or CTRL refresh.

when you contact Gaydar they just send you a standard reply, then a few months later it all happens again.

Gaydar has definitely changed for the worse and I find that most people tend to build up a group of 'chats' n don't really bother in the main rooms anymore.

tonight I have tried 15 times to log in - i am a paid up member too :(

I thought it was just me... So glad I read these reviews as it's not even a shadow of what it once was. I was willing to get back on and give it a go anyway however Gaydar will not accept my email address at every periodic try. Bring it BACK please.

just been to gaydar already signed in clicked on enter chat, then it comes up entering chatrooms you agree to terms and conditions etc that is fine but there is no box to tick to agree so you can't get in its useless just going to close my account let them have it

Every shockingly bad review on here is entirely accurate. How the best go to website on the gay scene can go from hero to zero is beyond me. But even worse is the people in charge are oblivious. If I had money invested in this I'd sack them all.
