Excellent service!
Driver Communication was absolutely on top! He updated us when on the way to pick us up and straight away share their live location via whatsapp so we can see where he is. Came even before the pickup time. Driver was very helpful and helped me secure my child into child seat. Big claps.

Absolutely brilliant driver and well maintained and clean vehicle. Every time i used them arrived on time.

Booked a return taxi transfer from LGW to Bognor at a cost of £186
First service went well, pick up however was an absolute disaster, was expecting pick up at midday, at 11.33am the driver calls me to check if i needed a baby car seat, i say no and he replies ok then i’ll see you at 2pm unless you want me to come earlier. I say the pick up is due at midday and he says the office told him 2pm but he’ll leave now. He arrived 50mins late, thus we arrived at the airport 50 mins late. I had arranged to meet an old friend at the airport for a coffee before our flight and we were very late. Apparently it was a software issue…. I complained about the service and Abdul was very apologetic and reassured me that i would receive a partial refund and that he passed it on to his Customer Service Manager. I was offered the grand total of £9.30 as compensation. When I complained further I received an incredibly rude response, was accused of extortion and that the matter was closed! Reliability is of the utmost importance for Airport services. Yes mistakes happen but look after your clients! Not recommended
