I pre-ordered 2 Chucky heads that were already sold out at the manufacturer [Trick or treat studios] before they were even released and Gator had them for an amazing price. I selected the 'pay when available' option and last monday received a payment request. Only 3 days later my package was delivered already in Germany ! Superfast and just 100% perfect !

This was my first order with Gator and certainly NOT my last !!!

First order, went great! My order was placed on Friday and recently the next day on Saturday. Well packed super fast delivery!

Really cool store with a broad collection of awesome products. It's a treat to walk around, with a lot of awesome statues being presented. Next to that, the people who work there are very nice, you can really tell they have a passion for the products they sell.

Saw Gator at F.A.C.T.S. in Gent, man do they have a cool stand. They really stand out and the people working there take the time to show you stuff and answer your questions. Went to their store two weeks ago and there you see awesome stuff! Really love it!

I ordered a harry potter collector item for a gift for someone from gator in June and it was listed as in stock on the site. It stated on the site that after receiving payment the order was shipped within 2 days and so after over a week and still no email declaring it had been shipped, I became concerned. I emailed gator asking for some information and they did not reply so I emailed again saying that if they couldn't provide me with some information, I wanted a full refund. Coincidentally they replied to that email. They said my order was being processed and would be shipped. The next day I received another email stating that item was not even in stock and wouldn't be until august, I asked again for a refund and was told I would have my money back within 1 day. The next day I still had no refund and another email then saying that the item would be in store in a week and I would have it sooner, but after reading the reviews on this site I decided I didn't want to waste anymore time. I called the store and demanded for the 4th time a refund and then was told another excuse "the manager that issues refunds is on holiday for 2 weeks and I can only contact him every 2 or 3 days so you'll have a refund within 2/3 days" I was becoming really angry with the service and unreliablity so I opened a paypal dispute and magically got my refund the same day... Never ordering from there again.

I placed my order at gator.nl on 28th November 2011 and the t-shirt I wanted was in stock at the moment so I expected to receive it within 24hours. On 18th December, still no t-shirt so I emailed the company. They promised to send it the next day. Then after New Year I asked to cancel my order because I already waited more than a month and didn't get the product. They promised to have t-shirt at the end of the month. OK. I'll wait then. No surprise, didn't receive a thing. They canceled my order and promised to give back the money. First week of February - still no money. I email them again. They ask for my account No. and promise to send the money next Monday. So today is 28th of February 2012 and I have no t-shirt, no money in my account an a BIG disappointment with the service. Hope they will bankrupt soon.
