This Farm hates their customers, rude bullies, racist workers

This Farm has a produce stand at the Corvallis Farmers Market. I have been buying produce there for several years. Today a young woman told me that she refused to sell to me because I was 'early' and hissed a racial slur at me. I protested and the man that was in charge of the stand told me I was no longer welcome there! All I did was walk up to shop as usual!! I am appalled. I told them both that I was filing a BBB complaint on their company and they said they did not care. They didn't want a person 'like me' shopping there Racists i hippie clothing, Then the female started going around to other vendors trying to get them to not sell to me. Of course the other vendors sold me my produce and I left the area. DO NOT SHOP at this stand of Gathering Together Farm as they are rude, racists and bullies!!! Horrible experience

Update- I did file the BBB complaint This company was not listed with the BBB so I added them and this is their first complaint. I have asked for a written apology from the owner. If he does not respond to my complaint this farm will have an F rating. If he does not give me that written apology my complaint will stay on his record as unresolved. I had a similar issue last year and thought they had taken care of it but apparently not.

I am going to shop with other vendors who value my business, I went to Thistledown in Eugene, a huge farm stand on a farm with outstanding produce and outstanding service. They welcomed me when I got there a few minutes early.

If you let your rude employees act rude they will destroy your business. You have competition.

Update: The business emailed me via Facebook. Their employee lied and said I was there 45 minutes early. Wrong. I was there 15 minutes before the market opened. That market manager bullied me and lied to his employer. They act like they are the only ones with lettuce and tomatoes. I don't deal with liars and bullies.
