⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING – OUR DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE WITH GATEWAY 21 BANKERS

This review is based solely on our company's documented experience with Gateway 21 Bankers, Gateway 21 Bizplan PTE. LTD., Gateway 21 Associates PTE. LTD., Gateway 21 IT Solutions PTE. LTD., Chia Meng Wee (Ken Chia), David Gostins, and Ramon Navarro.

Our company paid approximately $750,000 for promised financing and related financial services that were never delivered. Under our agreement, if the promised financing could not be provided, our funds were to be returned in full. That did not occur.

More than 17 months after default, and despite two separate settlement agreements acknowledging repayment obligations, the agreed payments have not been made and the settlement terms have not been honored.

During our own investigation, we were unable to verify any client who had successfully obtained financing or legitimate financial services through Gateway 21. We also found that the Singapore office associated with the company operates from a shared serviced office location. Despite extensive research, we were unable to independently verify professional affiliations or licensing related to banking, finance, investment, or insurance for the individuals involved.

The promised insurance, reinsurance, sinking fund, and related financial instruments that were presented as supporting the "guaranteed financing" were never provided in our case. No financing was delivered. Instead, our experience consisted of substantial financial loss, repeated unfulfilled commitments, broken deadlines, and prolonged delays. The settlement agreements signed by Ken Chia, David Gostins, and Ramon Navarro likewise remain in default.

Based on our documented experience, we strongly caution anyone considering doing business with these individuals or companies to conduct extensive independent due diligence before sending funds or entering into any agreements

Suggested business improvement: If Gateway 21 wishes to improve its business practices, it should honor the contracts it enters into, deliver the services it has been paid to provide, communicate openly when problems arise, and avoid seeking additional funds through representations that cannot be verified. Fulfilling contractual obligations and maintaining transparent communication would go a long way toward restoring confidence.
