This was the worst company I ever dealt…

This was the worst company I ever dealt with. I ordered 3 exact products from them, got a receipt and these dunb*sses sent me all the wrong ones! They did this on purpose to get the sale. I will blast them all over the internet!

Ordered a hoe for the washing machine a week ago, it said delivery is in 2 working days, after kne week i have nothing, no package, no money back and no even information email about where is my package and what's going on. Not recommended

We order a part and it arrived

We order a part and it arrived. They are a bit slow answering the emails. I wish they have option to call via Whatsapp

A Very Serious Company

I ordered a replacement spring, shipped regularly, unfortunately the postal service lost the package. Gastrotiger immediately sent me another replacement. I am really very satisfied, a very serious company, I will buy again.

I ordered the wrong coffee machine part…

I ordered the wrong coffee machine part by mistake and only noticed after having received it.

They refunded everything, even the shipping costs, and didn't even ask me to return the package.

Quick to ship and answer emails as well! (1 day from payment to ship and 1 day to answer emails usually)
