Did a lot of research deciding which garden multi tool to buy after my old one broke. When I’d chosen I started shopping around and found that everyone seemed to be out of stock until the end of June. A quick phone call to Garden Machinery Superstore proved lucky and they had some of the model I was after in stock at the same price as the other places I’d looked at.

I placed an order and the item was delivered quickly by DHL with fantastic communication from Pam too. Very pleased with the service and would definitely buy from again.

Absolutely brilliant! I ordered what I thought was the current model (Stiga 50 multiclip cordless) with standard batteries but Phil offered me the latest version of this model with superior batteries at no extra cost. Not only that, all other online stores had told me that both the mower that I wanted and its batteries were currently unobtainable. So I was delighted to place my order with Garden Machinery Superstore.

Ordered on line, and received a polite phone call explaining the order process, and would I be happy with that. Accepted advice, and after manufacture, was advised by manufacturer of delivery.

Great friendly service. Brush cutter delivered speedily and they gave a demo to show how to use it.

After a small hicup the team went all out to sort things out the hicup was not down to them , good contact all the way many thanks.

*Update following the reply and excuses from garden Machinery Superstore below* - 1. There is no excuse for not maintaining up-to-date stock levels on their web shop. 2. Obviously, the mower was available from the distributor, as I got one direct from them, so they lied about that! 3. they Could not be bothered, as they did not have the decency to call me directly to explain cancelling my order, and they could have got the mower from the distributor if the they could be bothered!!!!! Clearly they are not reliable and not to be trusted. Shoddy service and insulting dishonest excuses.

I Ordered and paid for a mower online that was stated as "in stock" but was told later that the order was cancelled as it was not in stock and would have to wait a few days for refund.
Subsequently i ordered direct from the manufacturer (distributor) as it was in fact available and in stock no problem. So poor poor service from Garden Machinery Superstore, as they could have supplied the mower, just couldn't be bothered!.
Not so "super" in reality. I would not use them again as they are unreliable.

Good price, very helpful, good communication about when stock would be in and gave me free oil as an apology for the fact that I had to wait!

I had a few queries about my ego chainsaw and the gentleman on the phone was really helpful and also said if I was local to drop in and he would have a look so I did and he was really helpful and went though a few things about the chainsaw which I wasn’t aware about really helpful. Thank you

I ordered a lawn mower from the website and got a call to apologise that it wasn't in stock and, after some discussion, I agreed to take a different model. It arrived quickly and I am very pleased with it. However, one of the bolts securing the chain guard was missing. Once again their response was swift and helpful. The replacement bolt arrived in a couple of days. Service was always polite and helpful.

This is a really helpful and dependable firm. I recently bought an Ego CS1800E chainsaw from them. It came next day and the lady who sold it to me over the phone really put herself out to help me set it up when I had some questions. the machine is great and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.
