Very disappointing experience with Garagistic.

Order placed on 11/12/2025 and the parts never arrived. The shipment has been stuck with FedEx since 17/12/2025, yet no real effort was made to resolve the issue.

Customer service responses were extremely slow and unhelpful. I had to open a PayPal dispute, and even then there was no proper cooperation from the seller. Still waiting for my refund.

This has been a frustrating and time-wasting process. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend based on this experience.

They have a wide variety of high-quality products. The machining and finishing of their parts are truly excellent. I initially needed advice on a short shifter, and they treated me very kindly and professionally. Everything I purchased works perfectly, and I'm extremely happy with the result. The customer service is exceptional, and I felt very well treated. Congratulations to the Garagistic team for the magnificent work they're doing. 10/10

Massive shout out to Mattson and the team. Im from the UK and Mattson really helped me out with getting an E30 body kit over to me in great time. Mattson sorted the shipping expenses and provided me with all the help and advise I needed. Highly recommend!!

Garagistic is the “go to” company l trust for parts l put in my BMWs. These guys are helpful, hardworking and honest. They make high quality parts and have the absolute BEST customer service. I recently used this company's services/products and I honestly could not be happier. The items I purchased are top tier quality and just as good as their products are the staff and customer service. The staff are awesome, knowledgeable, and very hard working. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced in my life and I'm currently 36. Companies could learn volumes from garagistic ethic. If you have a Bimmer.. you need to check this place out. You will be glad you did.

The best e30, e36, e46 parts in the game. I stopped by the Westminster location and chatted with the guys for a bit... very knowledgeable and down to earth.

These guys went above and beyond for me. Whenever I had a question regarding a part or the installation process,they were quick to answer. The products are also extremely durable,welds are awesome and the overall quality of great! I'll definitely be buying from them from now on.

Shipping to Europe is a bit slow, but quality is good.

I learned about this website on a forum I visit from time to time. These folks make custom fabrication parts and refreshed OEM parts. They are very detailed in their work, and fit and finish is top notch in my opinion. The customer service was beyond helpful and was very patient with my request. Ordering parts while on deployment was simple and fast. They are a very small company with a powerful and effective web based custom shop. The turn around time for parts is unbelievably quick. Thank you!
