Ordered a Novoferm Thornby garage door on Saturday 5th September, received generic confirmation email Monday 7th, detailed confirmation letter received on Wednesday 9th via post, phone call on Saturday 12th confirming delivery for Monday 14th P.M. and Garage door turned up in A1 condition on Monday Afternoon. Could not fault any aspect of my dealings with Garage Door Sale. Process was painless from start to finish and the quality of the garage door is excellent, and at a really competitive price.

If there were less than one star I would award it. The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with . Avoid! We have two garage doors that do not match, one does not have a locking mechanism, sitting in our open garage now for four months. This was after twelve weeks of waiting and excuses. They have refused refunds, we are over £2400 out of pocket and now having to recover through the small claims court. Appalling customer service. A company to be avoided. Use someone else.

STAY AWAY from this company. Ordered door, took over month to come after I had to get in touch, door damaged on arrival in three places. Contacted company immediately as website instructed but after two weeks of being told door was under warranty and that all the photos I had sent as requested clearly showed the damage it now transpires that the door isn’t covered for damage to the internal face of door, it can arrive after being hacked to pieces by Freddy Krueger whilst he is off his face but as long as the face of the door is ok then the door is perfectly acceptable for the customer and hard cheese. Will I get a replacement or refund, more chance of becoming heavyweight boxing champ. This firm supplied me with door by Novoferm and I would aadvise to keep clear from both unless you have a fetish for damaged doors and like throwing money away. The fawlty towers of garage door firms !!!

Order badly delayed with no communication.
Epically poor delivery situation which has left me with a potentially damaged door and no comeback. Company have responded but haven't actually offered to assist in any way. It may have been a small order to them but it was a very large purchase for me and I feel badly let down by the service and support provided.

Really disappointed with the customer service, at the moment I have been waiting 5 weeks for my garage door and despite my calls I am no further in getting a dilivery date. I have called a few times and despite asking for a call back I have always had to chase.
The young lady although very nice and sure is good at her job has not got the customer experience to deal with my frustrations.
I have asked for a call back from senior member of staff scheduled for Monday before 12:00, let’s see if this will be upheld.
Update, I had to call them as expected. I am told it will be this week!! It’s now mid week no call for delivery 🤦🏻‍♂️

Lee-Ann in sales was really knowledgeable and patient over a number of phone calls regarding exact measurements providing a measuring guide and advice in response to photos of an awkward fitting. Very high quality, solid Novotherm door at good price. Driver was very helpful. Two person job with right drill + Bosch bit for attaching door to concrete wall of garage. Instructions that came with door were pretty clear but you need to take your time.

Ordered a 7ft door, great price and quality good.
Received a call to confirm delivery time and another call on the day.
