I knew what my problem was; your on-line instructions helped me to order the correct stocking and how to fit it.The oedema in my leg is reduced by about 90%.
Thank you.

As described. Bought for mum for post op recovery. She is impressed with them.

They are quite competitively priced for the quality too.
Delivery was very fast.
Overall very happy!

A super efficient company. Leaving aside the very fast delivery and all the email updates as to when the goods will be delivered, their web site is excellent. Nothing is left to chance and all is as clear as can be.
They are reiable and trustworthy.
Thank You.

Great and improved product. Easier to pull on and very comfortable throughout the day, long days included. Improved turn around too from ordering to delivery. All good. Thanks

Good communication at the time of ordering.
My order experience has suffered from their supplier not providing them with stock and it has been a long wait, with part of the order still not fulfilled. But I was happy with my earlier order and will continue to wait for the stock to come in. At least they offered to send what they did have separately at no extra cost.

There is little or no point in asking for a product review a few days after purchase. An opinion after 3 months of use would be far more valuable

Ordered two pairs over two weeks ago now and still waiting for them to be dispatched. Have asked for order to be refunded and not reply received

My only reservation is that the website doesn't make it clear enough that it's really important to understand the right compression level and size before buying, but I hear the site is being updated. Customer service is very good - real people who respond quickly, listen and want to help.

The item I received was faulty. I was asked to return the item, at my own expense, trackable post.
I received my refund for the item but not for the postage. Considering it was the company at fault, I believe, in good faith, they should have refunded the postage as well.
I have emailed multiple times and even asked for my case to be escalated to a complaint. I have not received a response. Poor customer service.
Bad form Fitlegs.

I had a decompression operation for spinal stenosis on 24 October. I was given a pair of below knee Fitlegs compression socks before the op. When I was discharged on 26 Oct I was given a spare pair of compression socks but these were a different make and were uncomfortable.
I have to wear TED stockings for 6 weeks post op so I ordered a pack of three pairs of Fitlegs Compression Socks so I had enough to last. They are comfortable and supportive, sufficiently tight but not restricting the circulation, and they are wearing well.
