I had ordered a shipment of items and picked the wrong delivery method.
I had ordered a shipment of items the previous night but had set the wrong kind of delivery. I called the next day as soon as cs opened and found out the delivery was already picked. Within 2 sentences of me the cs rep already understood my problem, fixed my order to the correct delivery method at no extra cost for a faster delivery and even allowed me to add an item to my order. Rarely have I had such good experience with customer support!
