Servers run fine without issue and features are great, however support and server availability are lacking.

Edit: In response to the reply: Its an issue everytime I come back to rent and need more space. You treat it like its non-issue in your discord. Your website shows both Settler tiers as available for the last 24 hrs, yet they cant be purchased. The rating was harsh but the point remains.

By far one of the best platforms for Ark Servers. So many options (dedicated, hosted, rcon connection) with nearly every feature you could ask for. Extremely happy with the service. Support is also amazing. Extremely fast replied.

Been using GSA for several months. Max is great at helping and is quick to respond. I'm not always the best at understanding things and he has helped in so many ways! Our Ark servers couldn't thank him enough!!

They are constantly expanding and taking input to make their product better.

Very good tool to use for your community and also very helpful Developer and all in all very satisfied with the content and possibilities.

Most everything I like, but there are a few very important things that are not working properly which is highly disappointing considering the amount I pay for how many machines I run. The sync is not a well working system when you use more than one machine with GSA, character transfers tend to crash more often than not. So im not sure this is the best way to go with bigger clusters.

GameServerApp has a great support and dashboard that will easily allow to manage the "boring stuff"

GSA is the best ark server host I've found. Good hardware, my players aren't experiencing lag even during saves and dino wipes. The integrated shop and website are game-changing for server admins. The owner provides fast personal service in Discord. There is only one con - the documentation could be better. It's not a dealbreaker, but better documentation could have made the first month SO much smoother for me and my players.

Having GSA Support through discord is great. Used the help desk to provide some personal information and was helped in no time! Max was great help!

Pretty interesting and nice everything's all in one place. The transition was pretty seemless aside from a couple user-errors but the guides are helpful enough to get you through most road blocks. Max is also super responsive and helpful if we have questions.

The GSA experience is second to none. While they remain one of the more expensive hosting providers the service is professional, the support is amazing and constant.

You can always offset the cost by using their DediConnect system, which is just bloody glorious!

Theirs are systems are rich with features but not bloated with unnecessariness.

The UI is very friendly and there is an extensive knowledge base available if you're stuck.

First off, Max (GSA) is an absolute rockstar when your stuck on something, he helps you debug any issue you come across. The panel itself does need some missing features for partners, the Owner can only do some things that should come with permissions for Sub-Owners, but overall I have had a wonderful experience with this Game Panel. Mods are always up to date, installing new servers is a breeze, GSA is always adding new features based on your feedback. 100% will stick with GSA!

If you are looking to host ARK there is no better solution to manage your servers and community on market at this point. You need something specific to be added? Make a suggestion, the owner is actively working on updates and new features and he actually listens to the community, so there is a big chance he will make it happen. Customer support, I didn't even know what that is till I didn't try GSA, Max will do everything he cans to help you out, and usually, you get help in a matter of minutes. From what I saw so far I would say 10/10

GSA is the greatest server host around. Not only is it super powerful, but Max is very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. This isn't your average nitrido knock off, this is real hosting, with real service and real power.

Max, is one of the best. His Server manager is so far above and beyond any of the others I've used, Especially with ARK, that it feels like jumping straight from landlines to iPhone 12.
