I brought gold for the game I play and contacted the service support to see how long it will take. I got a great service from moon and i got my gold pretty fast for very small amount of money 5 stars :3

no matter what I ask or write - they simply ignore it - only send a standard phrase like

"moon:
i am working on your gold"

thats not helpful.
I still waste a lot of time, payed money and received nothing yet

First time customer. Even with all these reviews. I heard so much and read so much about site before purchasing. I purchased, Moon no show for 24 hours. After that he said he was working on it. Few hours later. Then he said its new years we have no one farming. After that he said I'll refund you. Hours later nothing happen. So tomorrow afternoon. No refund = dispute. I have screen shot of conversation. Don't use this site.

Would not communicate and answer simple questions.

Did not want to deliver the product in the manner I asked for.

Would not tell give me an eta on delivery, I sat there for a full hour asking for an estimate before i got a reply, "we are working on it". This carried on to the next day, and didn't even make it that far. Hours later (after work) I queried again, it was made clear in very few words that it had been forgotten about. It was delivered within 10 minutes of this...

While i got my product, I was not happy with the customer service, especially regarding a purchase that I wasn't 100% comfortable making in the first place.

This is my second time ordering from this website in the past two weeks an I must say they do as described,Received order in what must have been under 30 minuets,quite impressed. Will be using again in the near future.
