The staff were extremely helpful with my purchase

Always have a good experience here, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help out. It's also the only place in town where I can buy good quality table top games and D&D gear, especially at a competitive price. I regularly shop here for nerdy gift ideas too.

It's a pleasure every time I need Game

Still not received my item a week after being told it will be a couple of days.

Ordered an Xbox series X bundle to collect in store. Website says you receive a voucher to spend in store to offset the delivery cost. When I turn up to collect my items with the intention of using the voucher towards a Vbucks gift card, I am told the voucher cannot be used against digital currency and another list of items. There is nothing else in store that I would want so I feel I have been scammed. If I had known this I would have gone to Argos. No issues with GAME previously and the items were all there hence the 2 stars, but I will be reluctant to use them for my future purchases.

I like how the store has diversified in Lego and other collectibles- my only moan is that there is a lack of Topps Star Wars trading cards to purchase- plenty of pokemon etc but they aren't my interest
