Poor in store selection

Poor in store selection, wanted a refunded on a unwanted game purchased and couldn't get money back had to accept gift voucher, tried to use online and didn't work, had to try three times to use the voucher. Nothing like what game used to be. This is a dead company walking.

I took all my old consoles to trade…

I took all my old consoles to trade before the trade in deadline on 16th of Feb. The shop assistant in the game store at Ealing Broadway refused to take my items. But I still bought the ps5 slim from that store. I should have gone to Argos and sold my items at cex. Very disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to trade in my old stuff.

Game.co.uk's Click and Collect Service: A Masterclass in Frustration

Well, let's talk about this so-called "click and collect" service from game.co.uk. First of all, they have the audacity to charge a whopping £4.99 for it, which is nothing short of a rip-off. But wait, it gets better! After a seemingly eternal wait of 5 days (that's 3 working days, mind you), my order is still nowhere near ready for collection. It's not even visible on my game account, even though they eagerly snatched my hard-earned money.

Thankfully, I did receive an email confirmation – probably the only thing they managed to get right. Now, I'm just biding my time, waiting to unleash a dispute through PayPal. It's like they're playing a game of their own, and I'm not impressed!

Myself and my son Dylan-James visited the ealing store to perches a games for the xbox. And the guy that served us was absolutely amazing and he went out of his way to interact with my son now Dylan is autistic and has trouble with lots of people. Your member of staff noticed this and made my son feel at ease and really talkative. That just blew me away so thank you to that man and thank you .
Yours gratefully
