Good information esa of use app quick delivery good after sales comunication

Pre ordered space marine 2 a week after release they still don't have any in stock some excuse about changing warehouse what a rubbish service I'll never pre order from game again what a rip off asked for refund

Helpful and polite staff and the 2 switch games I bought were reduced

Great selection and very quick dispatch time.

They have a big selection of games and consoles also accessories to choose from. If you go in to store and can not find what your looking for there are great staff to help you.

Excellent service at the Derby store. As we are grandparents we had no idea what we were looking for just a list. The staff at Derby couldn't have been more helpful for which we thank them.

A suspected faulty item was returned within 28 days of purchase. One of the managers (there were two) at the Derby store (Fraser) did not understand the difference between Frasers returns policy and a consumers statutory rights. When challenged he got angry and rude so another manager stepped in and resolved the issue. A return was made and a further purchase made. Staff need to know the difference between the legal requirements under consumer protection legislation and their own company policies and not restrict the rights of consumers.
