Game didn’t arrive for release date.

Used Evri, maybe that’s the problem but as it stands, tracking says the game is at their depot at 12:57 today and I’ll be told when it’s dispatched.

GAME refuse to to stop using evri deliver comany. Been in all day for a parcel that fits in letter box only to be told by driver he tried to deliver. pic he taken was a footpath between two houses I live in a bunglow. Get rid of evri.

Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and well signalled via emails end texts. Cost was not too great and the whole experience was stress-free.

Order 2 special edition games and they send them out in a plastic bag instead of a box and they get damaged went downhill bigtime since fraser group took over

Good varied choice of items not just games. The prices on items when they are on sale are good.

I purchased a new copy of Evil West (PlayStation 4 version) and when the parcel arrived the case wasn't sealed, there were no sleeves on the box, though there were what appeared to be several stickers from second hand vendors. The disc was in a white disc envelope inside of the box. Clearly not a New disc. I won't be bothering with Game again. Very poor.

Placed an order that the product was in stock. received confirmation and a delivery date. money was taken , received another update to say the date of when delivery will take place. and now received another email stating my product is on it way, then 2 hours later product not available.
this is not acceptable service these were christmas presents for my grandchildren. this order was placed on the 21st September 2026 when goods were in stock. this is disgusting customer service!
and now have to wait several days to get my money back even though they have had it a while.

I purchased a lego starwars set over £500 and they sent me pasta inside the boxes. Its been almost 2 weeks since i reported it and all they are doing is saying its sold with a brand partner and wont be able to do anything until they collect and investigate which would take another 2 weeks. Would never purchase anything from them online again, they dont take accountability
