The Galactic team are brilliant
The Galactic team are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used them for our Boxing day bash for 5 years now. I talk to James to sort me a selection of loud fireworks within a budget and he does every time. Never been disappointed. Their delivery staff are very professional, polite and accommodating. Thanks for the order. I want to reassure you immediately that nothing is wrong—everything is in hand.
As mentioned at the checkout and on your confirmation email, you selected the "Sale Weekend Delivery: on or before the 24th of December" option.
We have actually been delivering orders non-stop for the last two weeks. Based on your location, your order simply fell towards the end of that delivery schedule rather than the start.
Because fireworks are explosives, we cannot use standard couriers like Royal Mail. We use our own specialist ADR drivers to ensure they arrive safely. You haven't been forgotten—you are currently being routed for delivery between the 18th and 23rd. You will receive a text and email 1–2 days before the driver arrives with your exact date and a 2-hour time slot.
We are always on hand via email or phone to check a status for you. I hope that once the driver arrives with your goods safely and on time, you might reconsider the rating.
