Not the best tbh £130 I spent and the rockets are mot the same as what the pictures make them out to be im now going to have to drive to the range where I usualy shop with much bigger fireworks these packs they have sold me are roughly similar to the size packs at about £6.99 they big 90 shot things are aboit the size of palm of my hand too not happy atall , all in all these fireworks are worth about £60 absoloutly fuming absoloutly ripping people off i spend cash every year on fireworks for a very long time these prices and false advertising them to look bigger than what they actually are not too happy bit they will be used

I’m genuinely sorry you feel disappointed with your order, though I have to be honest — I do think your comments are a little unfair.
You’ve actually received a good mix of smaller back-garden fireworks for just over £100, and the quality is excellent for what you’ve spent. We’re pyromaniacs ourselves and take huge pride in what we sell, constantly checking prices to make sure we remain the cheapest in the country for comparable products.
I’d really encourage you to fire a Moonshot rocket before writing them off — they’re brilliant performers and miles ahead of the supermarket equivalents. The £5 “90-shot” cakes you mention are exactly that: smaller family pieces at a low price point. We also sell much larger fireworks, but naturally, those cost more.
As for the suggestion of “false advertising,” I have to push back on that — we go out of our way to be completely transparent. Every single product on our site has full dimensions, weights, and a video of us holding and firing it so you can see exactly what you’re getting. We can’t be clearer than physically showing the item in our own hands on camera.
That said, if you’re not happy, please email us with your order details and we’ll arrange a collection and refund. We’d much rather you come away satisfied than frustrated — even if I don’t agree with the criticism, I’ll always make sure our customers are looked after.

I honestly don’t know where too start with galactic fireworks as they say they are the best and biggest in the uk! I’ve ordered for a few years and not one have they let me down! The best prices in the uk! The best fireworks in the uk! This team truly has the understanding and knowledge on how to run a successful business and treat customers in the best possible way! I had my order delivered today with full tracking! My a great lad called Aaron got spoken to him(slowing him down) and he was an absolute pleasure to speak too made sure everything was accounted for and all products were what I thought I needed.
Had something on my order what I found slightly cheaper from elsewhere the same day I ordered so sent a email and got reply 7am the next day! Sorted out hassle free and a free firework sent out with my order for the price match difference!.
I honestly believe this is the best company you can have for your fireworks needs in the whole of the uk!
P.s Aaron needs a pay rise 😉

Excellent communication in regards to delivery with tracking etc. Unbelievable that they manage to deliver everything themselves, what a logistical nightmare! I just don't know how they do it.
