Smooth and straightforward experience with a friendly team who took care of our belongings

on behalf of the reviewer below Stephen, his actually my Niebourgh he did not use Gago movers Ltd, he commented because of jealousy, Gago movers Ltd come a day before to do the packing and the next day to do the moving, i was in the flat the whole time and looking around i never heard them shouting loudly as Stephen had described unfortunately is not true his comment, and actually i was very happy with the service Gago movers they provided and i will definitely recommend them if you need a professional packers and movers same day. I booked my first move with them! It was a very good surprise! They were very polite , well prepared and very careful with our furniture and boxes!

I really appreciated the professionalism of the men working for Gago movers. They didn’t arrive at the agreed time (half an hour late), but told me well beforehand that they were on the way.

They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and uncomplaining, the last especially impressive when they had to carry everything up two flights, and some of it up three flights of stairs.

Used them twice, second time bc was very happy first time around. However, this was the last time! When we got the quote for moving one-bedroom flat - we were given one price and then all of a sudden on the day of the moving (and after they finished loading) they realized it took them longer than expected so they increased the price by £300 and we had no choice but to pay. Initially they said it was 2 men and a van for 1-bed flat, so I asked my friend over to help. They showed up with 3 men and a supervisor so my friend had nothing to help me with, as there were too many people in the flat already, so they wasted his time and charged me more for using their extra labour. Moreover, my husband was on the other end, waiting for them to offload as I had to stay and finish cleaning the old flat. And he told me they actually finished earlier and left! I was shocked and called them asking for a refund of the extra 300 they charged me but they Just blantly refused explaining that they used extra labour and thats why they managed to finish earlier. But we DID NOT ASK for extra labour and even had our friend over to help - no explanantion was accepted or apologies/refund made.
AND after we unpacked a week later we also found one box missing with wine decanter and caserol dish that I was gifted for our wedding. I was very upset but at that point there was no chance of me getting through...
