The company is a scam; they do not ship items, phone number is disconnected, and the website is down. No response to email. All of the "positive" reviews below are clearly written by the same person (note the consistent use of a space before the period).

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will be reporting this company for fraud.

I'm reading these bad reviews and I don't understand where are they coming from.
I ordered twice from g4urban and first time was excellent and on time.
Second time I ordered and yeah items were different than on the picture so I just send them back. After I read the reviews I started worrying so I send them email and I got a reply on the next day morning and also got my refund on time.

I highly recommend this website .

I got my delivery next day .

I've been waiting (patiently) for 4 months for a simple £36 order, consisting of two caps. I got an email confirmation alright, saying they'd taken my money. Nothing since. I've tried emailing them, but their email addresses bounce or you receive no response. The phone lines they advertise are either dead or you get put through to a voicemail (even if you ring sales).

I've tweeted to them and left comments on their Facebook page. Funnily enough, those got deleted (so they're are people working there presumably), but no response to several voicemails or tweets, comments or emails. Pointless. Rip off.

Do not use. Just burn your money. It would be easier.... oh, and the first review on here is from a Fawad Ahmad - funnily enough, that's the exact same name as their founder! Coincidence? I don't think so somehow.

I went on there to order a few hats last minute for a holiday, I spoke to one of the of the online assistants to make sure if I ordered them on the next day delivery I would definitely get them he told me as long as the order was placed before 2pm I would he also gave me a 10% off code just for speaking to him, next day I got my shirts and they were as ordered. Great site I will be using them again.

I bought hat on monday and got it on tuesday evening wonderful service.
