The seller was unfairly banned and took my money without proper investigation.

A very disappointing experience with G2G as a seller.

My account was permanently disabled, all my listed products were deleted, and my funds were withdrawn without any fair investigation or proper opportunity to defend myself.

I provided effective digital services, received positive reviews from buyers on the platform, and have ample evidence including conversations, screenshots, proof of delivery, and transaction history. Despite this, refunds were issued, and my funds were frozen.

I have not received my money yet, even though I can provide strong evidence that buyers received and successfully used the services.

I also sell on platforms like [GamsGo] and [GGSEL] with successful transactions and satisfied customers, which proves the legitimacy of my services.

It is extremely unfair to label the products as "defective" when buyers have already left positive reviews confirming successful delivery.

I expected a transparent and professional dispute process, but instead, I received an automatic final decision without any meaningful review of the evidence.

G2G itself is a good platform

G2G itself is a good platform, I gotta admit, their arbitration system is good, their fees are fair, and they are pretty transparent.

The drawback of these marketplaces is the scams. Luckily, if you know what you're doing and take precautionary measures, these things aren't as bad as they sound, as the arbitration staff are pretty fair and straightforward.

So yeah, if you're careful enough, you'll find very good deals.

awesome support team

the support team is doing an amazing job. it took two days for me to get a refund, and get the scamming seller store closed, the later is the most important. Two days is not a lot of time considered the amount of reports and tickets they get each day, keep it going guys, we support you. Allow me to suggest the following: Preventing the sellers from retireve their payement before the guaranty period expires, also require them to provide a picture with an identification to get a certain badge (certified seller for example), which will prevent them from opening another account.
