Very poor server quality. Frequent lag, crashes, and disconnects. Autosave does not work properly — progress is rolled back by 2–5 hours after crashes.
The server was created from scratch with original files only. Support refuses to investigate and just blames a “corrupted save”.
Overpriced and not playable. Not recommended.

Have had multiple servers that run well with easy access to changes if needed. Support also fast to respond if I ever have issues with something.

Fast Minecraft server setup and no perforamance problems yettt

This would be my 2nd time i had a server with this host and the first ran amazingly with no issues, the 2nd ran amazing but a lil bit in had some mod issues that i couldnt fix, no issue. So i just kept playing but it crashed on me And wouldnt start back up, So i got with the support and they fixed it very quickly, not only got the server running but fixed my mod issues. Thanks too ned ^^

grate for if u want to make ur own server and build a community

It was very easy to use and cheaper then other probiders

No complaints. Conan runs great on the server and it's easy to set up and modify. Restarts in seconds and the interface is easy to understand. Leave it to Germans to make something that runs with precision and care.

Received some great help and info from Alu, with suggestions on how to have the server run better and what the original issue was.

Alu answered quick and professional, which I find great because waiting for answers when something isnt working as intended is frustrating and Alu spared me from that!

In the end it turns out it was more operator error than a actual problem with the server, it helps to read the FAQ, nevertheless Alu gave me the info I needed without refering me to the FAQ as a solution to my problem, solving my problem then and there instead of sending me off to look for myself again and I greatly appreciated that, saving me time and effort! Now thats customer service!

I am fully satisfied. I think their webpage is better than others, and I quickly got the hang of it when I started, no matter the game I played/hosted. They also provide more options for server settings, than some others I've tried.

Support has been replying to my request very fast and in a way that is useful

Had rented a server for 90 days and had issues with the server saying I don't have any permission within 8 minutes of writing a ticket someone from there support team reached out to fix the issue and it works perfectly fine now.

First servers were good now bought the black friday action and only having issues😅 trying to contact support for like 24 hours now but no one can help me😅 nice spending your weekend buying a server what u cant even play😅

I was able to get my server stuff fixed after being up for 14 hours with no sleep trying to figure out what was wrong thanks to jessica i got it going
