I ordered a pair of animal print…

I ordered a pair of animal print sandals they sent me a multicolor ugly pair instead. I wanted to return them and they gave me the run around then said they would send what I ordered and a week later said they were pit of stock. False advertising. I email then several times without a response Finally they said they would do a full refund to my account but did not. They now have me blocked. They should be put of business Never ever order from tbis lying company

Said they are moving locations so they don’t have an address for me to return to!

So, I ordered a product from you. The day I received it I asked you how to return it. You said:

“Thanks for reaching us.
May I know why you want to return it?
Is there's a quality issue or any other problem?
More details would be great for us to better understand this situation and what we can do to help and improve.
If the product doesn’t have any quality issues, you would be responsible for the shipping fee.
Please kindly acknowledge that first.”

I said it was a quality issue - the shoe does not look like the picture your company provided.

You said “We're so sorry that you're not satisfied with the items.
If you return/exchange you will bear the shipping fee.
Will it be possible to give it to others as a gift?
Or how about a big coupon for your next payment as a way to make up for this?
Look forward to your positive reply.”

Not real excited about paying for a shipping fee, I still said I would return it and asked you for the return shipping label. In return you said:

We sincerely apologize to you for your dissatisfaction with our goods.
In order to make up for your loss, we are willing to give you a 10% refund,and hope you can keep the items.
If you agree the refund, please tell us, we could issue the refund for you.

I said no I wanted to return it. You said:

Sorry the coupon cannot satisfy you.
If you want to return your items, there may be a lot of risks in the return way, such as the package may be lost during transportation, then you will bear the loss.
But we understand your mood very well.
In order to make up for your dissatisfaction with this purchase, we could provide you with a 25% refund for compensation, please consider it.”

I asked for return label. You said:

“Sorry that we are moving the return address, we now do not have the return address.
Please consider the compensation.”

I told you that because you violated your own return policy written on your website and that you were not providing me with even the option to return the item, I wanted 100% refund. To which you began copy and pasting the same email to me for several weeks:
“Dear customer,
We totally understand your feeling.
But sorry for the issue, we could provide most 30%.
We are sorry for the issue.”

Would give them zero stars if I could

Would give them zero stars if I could. Customer service is horrible/non-existent. They sent the wrong shoe and when I contacted them about it, they offered a 15% discount. Completely insulting. When I asked again for a refund they suggested I send them back which would cost $35. I only paid $43 for the pair of wrong shoes. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy from this company.

This company is not legitimate

This company is not legitimate. The products they send do not look like the pictures online, the sizes are not standard, and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get any customer service from. Even after I documented that the shoes I received did not look like the shoes I ordered, essentially meaning they sent the wrong thing which was their fault, they sent so many emails over an entire month, insisting that I should take an insulting 30% discount and keep the shoes. The package had a return shipping label from California, but they insisted I would have to ship the shoes to Asia at over $30 cost. The shoes were not even cute, unlike the misleading picture, and cheaply made. STAY AWAY, this company is horrible. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Ordered 2 bikes July 10th 2020 at 2.26am online shopping. Payment made with PayPal $529.96. Invoice FY1141. Never received the bikes. Money was accepted and I never received the bikes. I put some blame on PayPal for doing business with these scammers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Everything negative that people post is…

Everything negative that people post is true. They are a scam company. I recieved shoes that were falling apart before I finished unpacking them. I thought the deal was too good to be true. I should of followed my instinct. They kept insisting that they had paid so much money to ship and they had to recover that money and insisted it would cost me $35 to ship back. Like they care, I would be paying the return fee! You have better luck returning your purchase at your local dollar store! Save your money!

Do not order from this company they sent me some shoes I ordered them in a 10 and 1/2 11 women they look like they would fit a third grader they look nothing like the picture paid 44 bucks for these things and it looks like something that you would buy at the Dollar tree they are scammers stay away from them their products look nothing like they should and their total crap

THEY HATE AMERICANS, SCAMMERS AND LYERS

Shame on me for Not reading the reviews before I bought the shoe, and shame on me for Not believing the honest Americans reviews, i was a victim like the rest on these reviews, I bought a shoes and they sent me the wrong one and the wrong size, and they won't refund or exchange and if I wanted an exchange I had to pay for the shipping $35, I refused to accept that, and after 10 heated emails back and forth they told me why does American always whine and cry when they Not happy with the product, and the told me that we American are naive and pathetic, and they so confident that Nothing we can do about, and that they will continue to steal are hard earn money, because we are easy to persuade and steal from and also they Not sorry for anything, the last email said for me to shut up and deal with it,,WE NEED TO BANNED THIS COMPANY FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE U.S.A

If I could give zero stars I would the shoe I ordered took a month to arrive and then it was the wrong shoe I have been going back and for for 2 weeks to try and get a refund at first they kept trying to give me $5 back then finally said the return address is not available WHATTT! How is the address not available they only respond once a day to my emails this is insane please beware if you are considering ordering from them

DO NOT BUY

What ever you do, please do not buy shoes from this company. I simply asked for an easy exchange for a different size but they did not want to. They were telling me it’ll be more than $35USD for shipping fee and that “you will bare the expensive fee.” Then told me to give my shoes to others as “a gift.” Why would I spend close to $200 just to give away shoes that I had bought for myself….Not great service and only want your money. Shoes look cheaper in person vs the photos.

Star? no star!

Star? No star! The only way I could leave anything here is a colored star scam frad don't get a star. I ordered Monday there saying I got my order today its tusday I knew something was wrong just after only two day delivery.
Your order from Fyshare has been shipped. 4PX tracking number: 4PX3000082157101 got fake shiping number.

DO NOT… (I repeat) DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FYSHARE!!! There website says they offer full refunds but I’ve been going back and further with them for almost a week, trying to get them to give me a full refund after I’ve sent them their shoe (at my expense). AVOID!!!
