Disregard the rewards for the high-paying offers then give a bunch of excuses until they give up. Profit for you, of course. What a devil. Thank you for being a pain on my end, time-killer.

I have now wasted more time than I care to count on this companies garbage "reward" service. I've had a multi-tier reward that failed to register the first 2 stages, but customer services couldn't grasp the concept that I HAD to be eligible and have completed the first two stages since I was correctly credited for the 3rd and 4th (which you can only access by completing the first 2!). They then failed to register the final most valuable stage! I stupidly tried again with a different game and after dedicating a lot of time, and some in-game purchase, to finishing a "Hard" reward, they failed to credit me the £150 worth of game currency.
You use the "Report" function and get a generic "check our FAQ to see why you weren't paid" response and when you reply to clarify that you met ALL requirements you get no response. Weeks later, once offer had expired, they emailed to say I failed to complete it within the time so wouldn't be credited!!! Absolute scam! Non-existent customer service (you can't check the status of tickets and replying to their emails just gives meaningless "case updated" response). The frustration has left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I have actually quit playing the game that I was trying to get credits in, so by having Fyber they have actually lost me as a player!! Will never play another game that uses Fyber!

This company doesn't care at all. They have a monopoly in their space so why care? No one can even compete with them so they continuo to screw over those who spend time and money completing their offers. Their practices are shady as best and i really hope they can change or some other company can over through them!!!

They don’t even deserve one star I have been trying to speak with them regarding monster legends tasks I did and I’ve sent around 10 emails and they refuse to respond and help me get my currency I paid for

Fyber used to be a reasonable company. There would occasionally be errors, but going through their reporting process would EVENTUALLY get you a reply as to why you hadn't been credited, or information on how to resolve the situation (eg provide proof).

Those day's are gone. After not taking up one of their offers for years, I returned to a game that uses fyber to earn premium currency. Nowadays, there are too many scam offers (impossible to complete and/or misleading descriptions). On top of that, when you report something you get an automated reply asking you to repeat what you initially told them. Days later you'll receive another email claiming your report has been "updated" with no info as to what exactly. Replying to that email see's the allocate you a new reference number. Further replying will see you receive nothing. At no point will you receive anything other than automated responses and certainly nothing that will resolve your problem.

As far as I can tell, they've become the same as a lot of the companies the collaborate with - SCAMMERS. Save yourself time, stress and disappointment... stay well away.

This company is an identity theft, identity selling and bank account scam, avoid at all costs

I was doing 3 quick surveys for Top Eleven game via Fyber. The task was to do quick survey and when I did that on all 3 they asled me to buy some mobile monthly services that are paid about 1,5e every month, I didn't take those services and got 0 reward. If they put that you should buy those services in description everything would be ok, I wouldn't do those tasks. But the only thing that was written in description was to do wuick survey which I did, and when I reported that to Fyber I got autoresponse on ky email that was taking side of thier survey partner.

Horrible untrustworthy company. They scam gamers by offering gameplay/in-app play credits (Just like real money but for specific games only); once you complete the offer, no game credit is given. When you report it, Fyber sends scripted messages when you report it and go in circles with you until you simply stop responding. Also, if you do everything they ask, Fyber's response will be, they could not verify your data. In the end, Fyber gets paid for referring people to 3rd party sites, and they also get paid for selling your data. Legal scamming at its finest!

This company is an absolute joke. I completed a difficult rated challenge through their offerwall after a week of playing the game. It took quite a lot of time commitment, but it was worth it for a large reward. After 2 days I still hadn't gotten the gems in game so I reached out to support. They told me the offer takes time and to wait for their partner to verify my completion. I was told that I would have to wait for a month and then would get it. Not happy about this but ok with it if I get the gems. A month comes around and still no gems, and they tell me their partner couldn't verify the completion of the tasks. I provide screenshot evidence in the game showing I completed the tasks, and they refused to ever even comment on this. I asked to get move onto a manager and they ignored me for days and then closed the ticket and asked if I was "satisfied". I never got an answer that wasn't "our partner can't verify" or "you must have used a VPN and messed up on your side". I am so furious with this absolute scam of an offerwall company. This is the first time using something other than TapJoy and I will NEVER use them again. They are useless and a scam

Sick of fraud advitisiments they are a TRIGGER for me as I have a stalker that uses fraud so when I expect a claim add fir gems to be ligit I expect that when you're supposed to be ligit are you seriously sick in the head you shouldn't "false" advertise anything to anyone and when it say "download this game and get this reward from scoring 3,000 points"...... It takes less then half of an hour that is false advertisement you're game is allready going bankruct so why put yourselfs into bigger legal battels you are definitely not going to win angry isn't the world you have made a new game to me but an existing game to alot a allready know outside of the social platform very angry they add I'm suggesting is one that states earn 3,000 score on a game that THE WORLD. LEADER BOARD 1ST PLACE HAS ONLY 1,300 TOPS SCORE YOU ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND ARE ACTUALLY AIMED AM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OFF 13........ SORT IT! LAST WARNING WITH YOU'RE FALSE crap!

Terrible service, confusing navigation, won't give you your reward for terrible reasons, very hard to get help, don't bother. I spent days on an offer and it was rejected with no reason, I can only guess.

I’ve reported this company, as they do not live up to their promises and instead scams their users by making money off of their time and payments. They do not even reply to a single mail regardless of how many you send them. They want proof after you’ve reported the offer for not having received your reward, but then realizes that they are not even responding to that.
This company should not exist, if this is how they treat their users.

They are scam artists and criminals. if they weren't probably in another country they could be charged with wire fraud. Plain and simple. You enter into an agreement with them but they never intend to uphold their part of the deal.

Their number one tactic involves simply telling you everything is fine and to just wait, then of course once they've stalled you past a hidden expiration date they simply say you are no longer eligible.

To maintain the appearance of some level of professionalism they do honor very little offers, but are constantly offering big offers that are nothing but scams.

They would literaly say anything to get you to download another game and play a lot of hours of it and probably even spend a few bucks there, because they get a nice kickback for customers that they refer that do so.

They're like car salesmen except in the end they take everything and give you nothing.

Oh and don't bother trying to give them proof of anything, it would be wrong to think they care about things like facts.

Some of the offers have in-fact worked, but I never knew how dark the customer service was until I had to use it. Just terrible and the ratings show it. Clearly you don't care for people putting time and real money in for rewards they don't get. It's not cool to scam someone out of their time or money.

40 hours playing a game for an offer and I never got the reward. I have been waiting for an answer of the support email for 1 week. They never reply.

I completed the minimum condition to get 3656 points in the game "The Monster Hunter". I reached 1000 meter and even 1020 meter. Even then, points are not credited to my account in Current Rewards App.

Anyone facing the same issues???

SCAM,i has spent for 2 weak in the offer and they scam me 2000 coins gocases :)))lets boycott this company
