The worst experience
The worst experience , at the first instance they do not pick up their phones. I had transferred the cash with a dollar block etc on Friday morning as requested by them at 1030 hrs, By the end of the day they said will be credited by Monday . On mONDAY THEY SAY THAT IT WOULD BE CREDITED BY TUESDAY AS THERE IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE AT THE BANK AND WILL BE SORTED OUT BY THE EOD ON tUESDAY . oN TUESDAY THEY SAY ALL DONE AND WILL GET THE SWIFT COPY ON wEDNESDAY MORNING.
on WEDNESDAY MORNING THEY SAY UNABLE TO TRANSFER , A BUNCH OF JOKERS , IS ALL THAT I CAN SAY. NOW THEY DO NOT PICK UP CALLS.

Disappointing
Highly disappointing experience. Booked a forex transaction, but when I am about to reach the mentioned dealer's address and contacted them. The dealer refused to accept the deal and said Fxkart booked the deal without confirming them. The dealer didn't even bother to inform me even after 4 hours of booking, they only refused when I called.
The dealer was, Centrum Direct Ltd - Kolkata, dated 2nd Feb 2018
