I have received a very good support from my Account Manager - Miguel, but my first experience was a bit troublesome due to international transfer reason why I didn't give 5 stars now.
Once I withdraw my money I can come back and update it.

The website is easy to use. The deposit section is straight forward. Withdrawals are quickly paid.
The spreads are better than other brokers I have used in the past.

FXGlobe is amazing!
With FXGlobe I have a professional account and what that means is that I have access to tighter spreads and greater tools. In addition to this I have an account manager, my own being Charbel Peazinou; the knowledge of the account managers, their ability to communicate and make information easy to understand is superb! The MetaTrader4 platform is perfect for new traders and I wouldn't recommend much else.

So far, so good. I came to this broker specially due to the support. I believe it still has some improvements to get even better, but it's on its way. Recommend, and I hope he knows how to maintain the quality in time.

The little time I have spent with…
Charbel has been quite accommodating and followed up a couple of times to find out if I had any issues. The only challenge i can say i have had is the spreads on the currencies and Charbel made me realize i could have lower spreads with a pro account. So, working on doing that. Will give an updated review a few months from now.
