Last year I have ordered items from this company...
Last year I have ordered items for about 700usd. To say truth, all items came fast with DHL service to USA, for 3 days. But one item (DP3) was defective. So my agony starts. First needed to contact 3 times via e-mail their support. They answered second time, and after I acheived contact, they did ot answer anymore. Then I have seen that they have Skype. You always need to ask them twice one question to get answer. So after sending pictures and video they asked, Some girl NANCY told me that I need to send defective item to them. Ok, I got their address after 2 times asking, and sent item. They told me they will inform me once item arrive. Thanks God I sent item with tracking! I have waited one month, they not contact me. I ask her, she says we will inform you. Again waiting 7 days. And than I noticed that tracking says that they have already received package long time ago. I asking her, she says she will check. Again 7 days no answer. I ask again, she says we have received. And nothing more. To shortened story, epilogue is that she told me that item is not from their factory and to send about 20$ to resend me defective item. Hey, I bought 700$ tools, and she says for tool bought from HER company that it is not from their factory? And that tool was about only 120$. I was pis*ed off. I told to my all friends and on some forums what happened to me, and my friends will never buy from them! They deliberately prolonging time for answering just waiting for PayPal protection to pass out. My advice-do not buy from them or if you get defective item, immediately start PayPal dispute. This is only company I ever had had bad expirience from China. And I have seen that previous guy have had same problem with same girl. Coincidence? I don't think so...
