Disappointed by the Lack of Accountability—Overpriced for the Results Delivered
I signed a 3-month contract with Fuzia for social media, lead generation, and SEO services, investing $2,550. While I was genuinely pleased with the quality of the graphic design and social media content, which reflected a good understanding of my brand, the experience with the rest of the services was frustrating and, ultimately, disappointing.
Lead generation and SEO were poorly executed. I had to personally follow up on tasks, audit the work myself, and push for basic deliverables that should have been proactively handled by the team, especially considering a project manager was assigned to take care of this. The SEO service lacked transparency. Despite repeated requests, I never received a clear report on how or whether the promised keywords were successfully indexed, which was one of the main reasons I upgraded to their full plan.
The emotional tone of their communication shifted when I raised concerns. Instead of acknowledging gaps, I often received polite but dismissive messages that framed delays or misalignments as acceptable or misunderstood. This left me feeling more like I had to micromanage the agency rather than being supported by them.
While the newsletters were technically delivered, the promised automation was never confirmed, and I question how 12 hours of lead generation per month resulted in so little tangible outcome.
In the end, I feel Fuzia's service is overpriced for the level of strategic and technical execution provided. I’m grateful for the visual assets they created, but I would not recommend them for SEO or lead generation unless you're prepared to do a lot of the heavy lifting yourself.
