I have recently had a security system installed by Futurelink Security and from the moment that I received a phone call from the company then Mark came to discuss the system with me I didn't feel pressurised into having the job done
Mark explained how the system worked which I was very impressed with the ease that it is operated and decided to go ahead with it then a date was fixed for the installation
The fitter who carried out the work was very polite, worked well, cleaned up afterwards and then explained how to use it
Overall I was very impressed both with the system and also with the professionalism of Futurelink as a company
I would have no problem in recommending them to any of my friends if they wanted a very good security system installed

Happy with our choice, would recommend.

My customer journey with Futurelink was second to none. I at no point felt any pressure or urgency and they were more than accommodating to my needs. Many of my friends have shown interest in the product when we have discussed it and i'm always more than happy to recommend this company.

Fantastic product and ridiculously quick install times, they're even courteous enough to arrange a reinstall date within a week if you're daft enough to have your windows replaced shortly after getting the sensors placed.

Although I didnt purchase from Futurelink due to my current circumstances I would still like to point out how impressed I was with the way they conducted themselves. It started with an appointment being made by a very polite gentleman on the phone and then a guy called Mark came to see me. He was also very polite and explained everything very clearly and in a way that was very easy to understand, I was also very impressed with the systems he showed me and the level of security they would have given me.
At no point did I feel pressured to buy and when I explained to Mark my circumstances he accepted it straight away and asked me to mention Futurelink to my friends and family. This I have done already and as soon as my circumstances change I will be back in touch. Well done Mark!!!. You are a credit to your company
