When I phoned asking about specific items you spent time really dealing with it. Very helpful. Prompt delivery. Good communication from the delivery team. Am very happy with the futon. I wanted one that was chemical/off-gas free as I am sensitive to this- I was helped with this on the phone and am very happy with the end result.

Best customer service experience I've ever had! Excellent quality futon bed roll. 5 stars all round! I had last minute Christmas guests and needed to organise last minute sleeing arrangements. After reading the reviews for futon247, I decided to call to ensure the futons would be delivered in time for Christmas and Peter was SO helpful and kind and reassuring. As promised, my 2x monk futon bed roll arrived the next day, delivered by Peter himself! I was completely blown away! THANKS so very much Peter for being an absolute legend - you ROCK! We are delighted with our new futon. It looks great and our guests are sleeping comfortably. We were able to discuss delivery personally with Peter, who was very helpful and made sure it arrived on time for Christmas.

Very helpful information from the lead representative at the other end of the phone. I had to ring up twice with a query and both times got straight through.

Peter provided excellent service! He went above and beyond to purchase an item for me and kept me updated on the order's progress on a weekly basis. When the item finally arrived with issues, Peter took it upon himself to fix the problem. I would give Peter's service a perfect 10 out of 10! Would 100% purchase from them again in the future.

Excellent company to deal with. Good, friendly communications with regular updates from Peter, over a very small delay in delivery. The futon is comfortable and seems very well made. I'm so glad I found them online when searching for a futon using natural materials.

Bought 3 beds over 3 years from this company, excellent customer service, friendly, reliable and the beds are great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bed!
