I bought a winter jacket IN 2021 YEAR for PLN 1,400 and it was beautiful, but in real life it looked like a garbage bag, too big and the fur on it was artificial, not real!!!!
I returned it via the Polish Post Office, within 14 days and I didn't get the money into my account, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails and so 3 years have passed.
I will not give up, these people must face the consequences of their actions!!!
