Had several items bought from f.v..gutted carcroft closing down dur to retirement.

Bought settee, armchair, TV cabinet, sideboard. Nest tables. Folding table & 2 chairs few years. Just bought a bed waiting for that to be delivered. Love their furniture good quality

Sofa was ordered on 4 May but due to supplier shipping issues the delivery was severely delayed and sofa was not delivered by 2 August for an important family event as promised by the salesperson.

Delivery was eventually arranged for 14 August but the driver then refused to deliver citing big truck and parking issues on the road and told me they will arrange redelivery in a smaller van. As I went away on holiday, the redelivery was arranged for 9 September but the new delivery driver made the same excuse (big truck, parking issues) and refused delivery again!! Why are these deliveries not planned properly and road/parking conditions checked in advance using Google Street View etc?

The delivery was eventually done on 11 September and the delivery guys Gau and Mark F were very professional and courteous. They told me that they do not understand why the previous two delivery drivers refused to deliver and were going to report them. I would like to give these two guys a 5 star for their professionalism.

However, the overall experience with delays and the two rejected deliveries have dented my overall faith with Furniture Village and I don’t think I will use this company again!

Rob was extremely helpful in helping us buy a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, with footstool. He explained everything perfectly, took us through all the options and got us exactly what we needed, whilst providing a good deal.

Adam and Ben delivered our new mattress today from Furniture Village. It was a super king size and very heavy but they carried it up the stairs with great care and placed it in our bedroom. Very grateful to them both for the excellent service.

I do not know how the sofa is showing as delivered online because what was brought in did not meet specification and was taken back by the delivery team. I have tried to make calls to know what next and I have not been able to speak with anyone who can help. Was put on hold for a long time, finally got through to the store and was promised call will be returned, did not get a call back.
I need to know when I will get the order please

We have purchased our sofa and dining table and chairs from furniture village and we have received really good service from staff Rajesh and his team. We highly recommend anyone to buy home furnitures from this store (Ruislip) Good product, better price and best service.

Kris and Sancho who delivered my sofas were brilliant. It wasn’t an easy job as they had to remove a door, but they did it carefully and tidily which meant the sofas would fit through. They were very courteous and friendly and would thoroughly recommend.

I went in to the Cambridge showroom and found a some sofas we wanted,
I went home and realised i needed some more information.

Fantastic experience from the in store assistance to the delivery which was just outstanding. I had Jay, Kush and Eric deliver the sofa - which i will be honest wasn’t entirely sure the sofa would fit despite measuring a million times. True professionals delivered - from the manoeuvring the van to getting it upstairs to my flat with very little space to work with. 5 stars for all three of them!
