Great experience with Furniture Village, we met the very kind and friendly sales man Mr Michelle who explained everything and did our paper work hustle free.

We had a good experience buying a mattress here. The sales consultant David gave us plenty of space and no pressure to make our decision whilst also being available for any questions we had, which improved our experience. The shop itself was clean and tidy, with a good selection of mattresses for all needs. We would definitely come here again

Our experience buying our first mattress for our new home was made really comforting and friendly by David, he really gave us time and space to think which mattress was best for us. Then came when needed when we were ready to purchase. He explained the process of buying a mattress really well and was very clear. We will be sure to visit the store again based on our experience.

We where helped by a lovely gentleman called Victor who was very friendly and informative. He supplied us with hot drinks and biscuits and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed before we made a decision. Made the whole experience very pleasant 5*.

What can I say Victor at Furniture Village was just fantastic!! Nothing was too much trouble. The sofas are outstanding quality ( I looked in all the other furniture shops and went back and bought my sofa from Victor) From the endless cups of teas, cookies to AI photos of what my new sofa will look like in the material of my choice. Service was outstanding. I wasn’t hassled just left to browse but a lovely gentleman was there to help me once I had a query. Finally got a price for me for the bed which was competitive and good value for money and it was ordered within 15 mins. Excellent, friendly and very knowledgable about the product . Will definitely be back to buy table and chairs in the new year!
