Great customer service from Michael at Stevenage, this is the third time I have visited the store this year and they have been brilliant!

Flawless experience!
I was in and out in about 15/20 minutes having purchased a sofa in the meantime.
Michael was excellent.
I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

The customer service here is top class. Would highly recommend shopping here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special shoutout to Crina who sold us our sofa set. She made us feel comfortable and really took the time to understand what we wanted as customers. Warren and Michael were also lovely.

From the moment we arrived, Michael was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also made us feel as though we were being helped by a friend. He genuinely took his time with us, listened to what we were looking for and helped us make the right choices without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

He was also incredibly helpful throughout the payment process, clearly explaining the different options available to us, as well as the warranty and protection for the furniture we purchased.

Michael’s patience, honesty and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. Customer service like this is very hard to find.

we had a good experience at Stevenage furniture Village store. The experience was made better by the professional approach of Michael. He was very friendly without being over the top and assisted us in our product choice. Michael is a credit to furniture Village and he makes it a very positive experience which makes you want to go back.

Terrible customer service from Stevenage store left 20 voice mails no response ended up speaking to Leighton B store who were lovely. Sofa arrived late and faulty still not had any follow up from stev store despite issues not being resolved with faulty goods would not recommend at all

When we walked into Furniture Village Stevenage there was a nice atmosphere. We were greeted by Michael who showed us around the sofas we were interested in. There were many choices of colours and materials. Michael was knowledgeable and was patient with our questions we did not feel rushed which made it easier to purchase the two sofas we did.

Micheal did give extra support  and advice through the purchase, he has been so wonderful  and professional  in areas where I felt it may not be possible, he understands the value of a customer and even in busy times lots of reassurance with information before attending to another client and u will all feel valued with no discrimination at all.  I can not thank him enough and his truly an asset for furniture world and I pray others learn from him the kind and polite way of delivering  the message and finding  solutions  to anything that the client may want makes it easy.
