Furniture Village delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. I purchased the Crete dining table and Crete cabinet, and both pieces have genuinely elevated the look and feel of my home. The craftsmanship is impressive — solid build, smooth finish, and a clean, modern design that feels both stylish and timeless.The dining table has become the centrepiece of the room with its sturdy construction and premium feel. The cabinet complements it perfectly, offering practical storage without compromising on aesthetics.Together, they create a beautifully cohesive setup.The delivery and installation were equally smooth. The team was professional, punctual, and careful with the setup, ensuring everything was placed perfectly and without any hassle.

Fizz at Furniture Village was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to show me all of the sofa options available, explained the different features and choices, and helped me find the perfect one without ever making me feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process.

Furniture Village Staples Corner. We visited over 3 weeks ago & were confused as there were so many great designs. Arvind helped us to narrow down the many options but we were still undecided after 2 hours. We were given a quote for the sofa set that we liked ( as unsure of dimmensions).There was no hard sell and we didnt feel obligated to purchase, Arvind gave us his details & told us to contact him. He followed up with a call several days later. We waited until our room was completed & we had exact measurements. We returned today to see Arvind as he had been so helpful on our 1st visit ( though we have another branch closer to home). It was much busier on a Sunday but he patiently helped us whilst closing deals with other customers. We left very happy after placing our order. We had visited other showrooms, Brent Cross and a few sofa specialist 3 weeks ago but feel that on this occasion Furniture Village had a wider range, designs for all tastes and budgets

He took the time to answer all our questions, helped us choose the perfect dining table without any pressure, and even surprised us with a lovely free gift at the end.

A very good experience so far. Really liked the range and the fact that it grew from a family business - definitely worth popping down to the store as opposed to just shopping online as there are more fabric choices for example. I will update re. customer service post sale. From the reviews and interactions with staff in store I anticipate it will be good. 🙏🏼
