Jimmy was really helpful giving us lots of information on the mattresses and divan/headboards, but most importantly he wasn't in the slightest bit 'pushy'. Pushy sales people make me want to go somewhere else to buy, so simply being helpful made for an excellent experience.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well trained, not too pushy just helpful and attentive. TBH the staff made our visit a joy rather than a drudgery (man speaking here) and aswell as rushing off to get us a coffee as we were leaving to take with us they also got the manager to agree to some extra discount. Good all round experience. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with the dining table delivery. The staff were professional, polite and handled everything really well. They did an excellent job and made the whole delivery process smooth and hassle-free. Very happy with the service.

Valentino in store was great at working with us and our vision and was able to suggest pieces that worked together. The delivery arrived promptly and ot was assembled very quickly. Looks amazing. Only negative, they hit and knocked over our front brick wall.. whoops.

Our sales consultant Mr. Fernandez was very helpful in showing us the various dining chairs after he knew my requirements. He left me and a friend to try out some and look at most of the range and we spent some time doing this. When I had decided on the ones, 4 Tiber swivel dining chairs - he went through the paperwork with me & explained the guarantees and delivery procedure. I am elderly so appreciated the attention to detail.

Just Recently made order at store in Reading, was quite impressed form customer service and care. let see how it goes as product still has not deliver but i can see i have compared all the stores in the area but i am sure furniture village definitely cannot be beaten on ''price'' and customer care and product quality. specially MARK and GM Steve's help was amazingly professional. thank you, guys,

Mark was very helpful, listening to what we said and helping with size and colour, offered various solutions, very easy to talk to, honest about which would probably suit us, without being pushy. Made a refreshing change to other companies we have been to.

Mark Lovegrove was fantastic helping me with the sofa I wanted to get and with the Colour options and has lovely/ fantastic customer service

Tito was brilliant! Really nice guy helped us find the right sofa and got us all sorted without any hassle. Top bloke and genuinely great service which is rare nowadays. I dont usually bother leaving reviews but had to make an exception for him. Really happy with everything.
