We always try and have an affair by looking elsewhere. But we always circle back and come back to Furniture Village. The Customer Services always exceptional you are always welcomed when you walk through that door no matter who’s working it is exceptional customer service and the way that they look after you plus the feel of the Place offering you a coffee/quality of the product products that you offer and how efficient you are from the minute you sit down and discuss what you want/payment/delivery/keeping in touch with you as a customer is all exceptional from start to finish and that that’s why we keep coming back to you. We’ve got Beds lounge Furniture a recent new Sofa and now we’re about to do a complete new redecoration of the House And and we will get everything from you.

Paul was really helpful, showed us a lot of different options and spent a lot of time with us working out the best configuration for a corner sofa to fit our space

A very pleasant experience entering the store to find plenty of items to see. We are old customers of the store and have always been highly satisfied with the service here. The store is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We quickly found exactly what we needed and we were looked after by Raymond who dealt with our order most efficiently.

Sharon at the Poole store went above and beyond helping us chose our sofa and was lovely and friendly and we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive

Sharon was knowledgeable helpful and not pushy which made us glad to give her our custom. The product selection was great and reasonable prices.

Adam was most helpful with explaining the different types of lounge furniture and gave us time to go home with the sample materials and consider our best options which helped us with our order.

Delivery team where Very friendly and very efficient. They put floor protection down and very careful not to damage anything. Well done guys !!

Ricky and Paul, delivered our new sofa and stool today. They were both extremely polite and helpful. We are currently refurbishing our property and therefore wanted to leave the wrapping on the sofa and stool; this meant we were unable to check both items. They said that it wasn’t a problem, and they would make a note on our delivery that we were renovating the house so sofa and stool was unchecked. They were both very helpful.

Top quality products at very reasonable prices. Andy was very helpful and full of good advice without being at all pushy. Only popped in to look at wardrobes, ended up buying wardrobes, new bed and mattress and a sofa bed, some great deals on offer. Always keep coming back to furniture village as you know whatever you buy will be long lasting and top quality.

Rob and Joe were great! They were very polite, put runners down on our carpet to make sure it was looked after. Very efficient and a great asset. Thank you guys!

Excellent service and really nice staff, no hard sales pitches like other stores we visited. Was left to look and decide, we had all of our questions answered and proceeded to purchase exactly what we were after! Karl & Rhys delivered my super king size bed today. Amazing guys! They were strong, efficient, worked quickly, careful & pleasant. Despite difficulty in manoeuvring the bed upstairs, they remained cheerful and polite. Excellent service. Well done, guys!
