Furniture Village - Peterborough Reviews 

Sorted out our problem and offered two choices to sort out problem.

We were well looked after and the sales consultant Fiona Jay found us just what we were looking for. Pointed out the extra headrest features that were well impressed with. Great service and hospitality.

I was greeted today by Annie Motram when i visited furniture village in peterborough. Unfortunatly the furniture i was interested in was no longer available but Annie took her time and explained my options and i was then able to purchase my furniture.
Annie is a lovely lady and acted in a very professinal manner and was very patient showing me round the store. I was very happy with my experience today and it was clear that Annie was very good at her job. I was also very happy that i was offered a promotional discount on my purchsses

We knew what we wanted when we got there, staff were fabulous with talking us through the steps and we are now awaiting a delivery- hopefully before Christmas! Excellent customer service!!

Just to verify to you! as you can see I am a genuine reviewer and it has to be said our experience with "Furniture Village" was impeccable to say the least.

We bought a corner sofa from these and beforehand my wife was very stressed as there are so many companies who "Claim" to be good but fall short when things go wrong.

The entire experience was first class from the delivery men (Andy + Andrew i think the other person was) to the quality of the product.

Our sofa arrived and they put it where we wanted it, as things happen my wife noticed a tiny cut in the corner of the sofa, and the guys are Furniture village said we have two options,firstly they can send someone to fix it or secondly they can replace that section of the sofa.

My wife wanted it replaced and it was as easy as that.

Today they arrived and instead of replacing the section of the sofa they replaced the entire thing!.

The lads were very polite and professional and to find a company as good as this with an all round 5/5 score is incredibly tough to do.

We would DEFINITELY use you again as well as recommend you guys!.

Make no mistake, if you're looking for a decent trusted company to buy from, see these lads!

Excellent service from Matt Spencer, no pushy selling, had all the time in the world to look at various options.
The whole experience was comfortable and relaxed. Can't wait to get new chairs.

I visited my local Furniture Village store yesterday to look for a new sofa. Matt greeted me as I entered and left me to browse. However he realised how unsure I was and approached to offer guidance and advice and I soon found a sofa that I liked which was the perfect size and even offered a large storage compartment. Thank you Matt for all your help.

Great service from knowledgeable assistant Stephen on initial purchase. Telephone call to give date of delivery however several days later follow up call to say this would be delayed due to damaged stock. I complained and Aaron manager moved heaven and earth to get replacement delivered only 3days after original date. He asked me to call him on delivery to discuss discount due to inconvenience caused. Very happy with product and delivery and erection of bed smooth and good. Aaron did in fact call me back to check we were happy and to refund us £60 for the inconvenience.
I would happily recommend this store and the team thankyou.

Stephen was very helpful and polite- bought a lovely couple of sofas on a good deal. Can’t fault service or Quality of furniture.

Staff member Matt was perfectly pleasant and helpful without being pushy. I can’t comment on the furniture because it hasn’t been delivered but our shopping and buying experience was great.

Matt was very helpful and gave us great advice on the table and chairs we were looking at. He gave us different ideas on the chair options available and moved all furniture around, nothing was too much trouble.
He did not pressure us at all, we were left to consider all the options available and when we decided to go ahead with the purchase he explained everything. He clearly explained the delivery charges and the guarantees we could purchase. We were offered a great deal and cannot thank Matt enough for his great service, would certainly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.
