I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Dinesh at Furniture Village, Old Trafford.
My family and I were looking for 1 sofa set and a dining table. Dinesh took the time to understand what we needed, showed us the best options, and gave us honest advice on quality and materials. No pressure selling at all.
The whole process was smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. We are very happy with our purchase. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

We were well looked after by our sales lady Cathy. Cathy was such a lovely personable lady who couldn’t have done anymore for us.
Cathy met us with a polite smile, gave plenty of information to us regarding the dining set we were looking at and. Achy was very knowledgable. Tea, hot chocolate and cookies were greatly appreciated. Cathy didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to decide. We made a purchase with Cathy- every furniture village should have a Cathy in the store 🤗 highly recommend# happy customer

We have been to furniture village today to purchase a tv cabinet. David was extremely helpful and friendly which made us decide on what we wanted sooner

David was spectacular, extremely friendly, helpful, had a great sense of humour and made the whole experience wonderful.

We took ages, asked loads of questions and he didn't rush us whatsoever.

We went to Furniture Village, Manchester this morning and was dealt with by a member of staff called Shan.
OMG what a breath of fresh air he is.
Soooooooo helpful and friend and very informative.
We cannot thank him enough for all his help and advice.
He's an absolute credit to the company.
If you're looking for a new sofa ask for Shan!!!!!

Helpful and accommodating staff, wide selection

Only issue was the repeating advertisements that could be heard from the other side of the shop

It was wounderful experince with first erver purchase at Furniture Village, specifically the retailer Kam delt with love, care and provided me very comfortable platforum to expetince sleep try prior to buy bed.
I haven’t got my order yet but amazing store and staff.
Highly recommended Furniture Village for lovely and stylish interior.

I bought two chairs and paid in full. I had to wait 6 weeks for them to be available then had to make an hour round trip to collect them, or pay £35 for delivery in 6 weeks. If I'd have been told this at the time I would have looked else where.
