Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this company.

What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a really stressful experience. The sofa took six months to arrive, despite being given a 10 week delivery timeframe.

There was no correspondence from the company to explain the delay. I. discovered that the wrong colour had been ordered when I checked the delivery status myself after becoming concerned about how long the order was taking.

When the sofa finally arrived, six months later, it had a tear in it. Considering the length of time I had already waited, this was incredibly frustrating.

Overall, I have experienced poor quality, poor communication and extremely disappointing customer service. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful from start to finish.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The staff at Lincoln branch were very good , delivery service was very good . However we were disappointed after the delivery guys left we noticed some faults of dents and fine scratches on the silver trims at the base of our swivel chairs and stools , called the store to be told to contact customer service department but decided we have so much going on to leave it . We Was just hoping that we wouldn’t any issue at all to deal with . Just wanted to highlight this issue .

Just purchased a mattress and new pillows. Phil was great, he was not pushy at all. He listened to what sort of mattress I wanted and was extremeky knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I bought a Harrison Spinks mattress with Mlily ice pillows. Great service would highly recommend.

We were left alone to browse at our leisure until we made up our minds.

Lewis was amazing he was polite courteous and not pushy like the other stores we visited. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolute asset to your team.

They welcomed us when we went in .Asked if we needed any help when we said just looking they left us alone to look at our leisure. Phil was very helpful even telling us about a company that would take old suite away, but did not specify how much that would cost roughly. Otherwise great experience.

Gareth who looked after us today was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Great service.

The salesperson had an excellent amount of knowledge of the product we were looking at. He wasn’t pushy and was very considerate of our time looking around. He made the whole experience enjoyable and not in the least bit stressful. A credit to the company. We will certainly return to purchase other item.

The salesmen Lewis was brilliant, he introduced himself and left me and my wife to have a look around which I really appreciated as I don’t like salesmen following me as I'm making a decision. As soon as I made a decision on the sofa I wanted he was to assist and answer question I had. He also gave us a deal on a mattress too. Great salesman I would definitely go back to the store.

Very accommodating, polite and honest. Service was fast, staff was welcoming.

We went in to your store today in lincoln, and brought the 3 seater cinema sofa and the chair. Lewis Scott was very polite and extremely helpful and went through everything with us. Would highly recommended u. The delivery time is absolutely fantastic. Would definitely use again thank u keep up the good work.
