Ash helped me out looking around a few mattress's, allowed me to take my time on each so that I could come to the right decision. Would recommend!

I have recently bought a very expensive sofa and new wardrobes around the £6000 mark and found the service second to none and recently bought a new rug to go with our sofa when it arrives

We have just bought an absolutely beautiful dining table from Furniture Village, and we couldn’t be happier with both the table and the experience we had in store.

He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, talked us through the different options without ever making us feel pressured, and helped us think about all the important details that you don’t necessarily consider when you first fall in love with a piece of furniture.

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village. A huge part of this was due to Shak, who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Shak gave us excellent, useful advice and never rushed us into making any decisions. Shak helped us to choose suitable sofas that suited our budget and gave us lots of options on features - we also choose beds, which again Shak took time to explain our options with bed frames, mattresses and headboards. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and we look forward to having the furniture delivered!

We had a very good experience purchasing a sofa and other furniture from the Leicester branch. We have been looking to replace our sofa for quite a while and have visited quite a few stores. We were impressed that we were left to browse, but there was someone around once we needed help. Mo was very approachable, knowledgable and friendly, offering us a drink on both of our visits. He processed our order efficiently once we had decided on all the options available.
