Great product and competitive price

I was able to sit in the sofa and choose colours. I had advice from the sales person in an unhurried way and while buying the furniture I enjoyed a latte and cookie. The whole process was at my own pace. Gary Eaton was patient and had great advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I shopped in the Guildford branch and they couldn't do enough for me.
October 2024, I spent about £7,000 and was promised a free mattress protector and pillows.
This was over 18 months ago. I've made several queries, the last being October 2025 but I am still waiting and they have stopped responding to my messages.
It's as if they loose interest once they have your money.
I wouldn't have minded if they had not made any promises, but they did, and I felt like I was begging every time I asked.
The telephone staff were also quite rude.
I certainly will not be shopping there again.

Very welcoming,polite and informative regarding products. Didn’t feel under pressure to buy which is nice. I have brought from furniture village in the past (friern Barnet branch) no longer moved. However this branch was really good. Marcel and John very helpful and professional. Two different products purchased. Marcel on 12th May and John 27th May.

Great support from your worker good explanations and being left to make our own choices without any sales pressure

Margaret made the options, features, benefits and cost comparisons very clear hence she made my decision making process very easy. She was patient and tolerant responding logically to every option she had presented for me to consider. The decision to purchase was made and I felt so secure in her competent hands that I returned the following day to make a second purchase.

We went in looking for a sofa and were overwhelmed by the variety of choices. John approached us and was very helpful in guiding us and giving us all the information that we needed. He was very friendly and patient, and we ended up buying a corner sofa on the spot! It was a great and enjoyable experience, thanks to John who was not only very knowledgeable and experienced but also quite funny!

One sofa arrived damaged. It's been 3 working days and none has contacted us to discuss a replacement. We have been bombarded with review requests though - so here it is!

I’ve made many purchases from this well trusted company for many years and the service from Luke and his team have always been outstanding. Always happy to help and give great service.

Our 2 beds were delayed for weeks due to a change in supplier that caused the whole order to be restarted. Delivery promised and reschedule three times with more delay. When the final bed arrived the factory had not put the brackets for the feet on. We are still awaiting the promised service call to have them come install them. At least the fitting crews were great, Luke and Paddy very professional and as helpful as possible. Don't think we would use them again.

Ordered two sofa beds and two bed bases, Konstantinos could not be more helpful, he showed me all the various types of sofa beds in the store taking time to explain each one. he was very knowledgeable on all the items and could not have been more helpful. First class customer service. Made the experience pleasurable. Would definitely buy from Furniture Village again.
