Margaret was an excellent ambassador for FV, Answered all questions and we ordered what we wanted. FV now charge for delivery and will not take away a used mattress - very poor and this does not go well for the staff to have to explain that you now have to get a third party involved.

Have been buying from the store for over 10 years. Great selection of furniture. David was excellent in providing guidance for choosing the right bed for my mother. Quick process in finalising sale. Also, great in-store cookies!

The delivery was early in the window we were given, Andy and James were polite and professional, they were respectful of our property and the installation took around 40min for three reclining sofa's to be installed, they took all the packaging away and left no mess
