A lovely friendly sales assistant

We had a great sales assistant she was very patient with us no pressure from her but she was very helpful. We had her lugging chairs from one table to another which she did with a smile eventually we made our decision and bought.

Chris was fantastic! He gave us space while we were looking around without hovering, and when we were ready, he was absolutely great. His patience, product knowledge, and polite, helpful, and friendly demeanor made our experience wonderful. Thank you, Chris!

We were very well and politely treated, and had every question answered politely and carefully.
The product we chose looks really nice, and is very comfortable to sit on. It is made specifically to match our decision regarding colour etc., and estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks, which is perfectly reasonable.

Went in looking for a pair of bar stools. It would have been useful if the stools were on the floor rather than having to ask for help getting them down. There's no shortage of space. The other odd thing is the bartering that went on, and the price quite different to any ticket price. Have to wait about 10 weeks for delivery.

The shop was nicely laid out with plenty of items to try out. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our order details were taken promptly and thoroughly. All in all a great experience.

I vist the store on a regular basis, the staff are really help ful,attentive ,I am in the process of moving to a new bunglow ,definitely will be using the Peterborough branch .
Haylee is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable on the stock .
