bought table and chairs from these conmen arrived badly damaged tried to contact their aftersales team to let them know If you do manage to get through on phone([highly unlikely) all you get is some muppet saying contact mark but he wont come on the phone you can hear him shouting in the background that he does not want to speak to anyone just now They do not return calls or emails this outfit are nothing but dirty lying scumbags who will eagerly take your money but any problems they do not want to know They where meant to send a replacement set 4 chairs and 2 table legs turned up 3 months later more badly damaged than origonal ones with another customers address on it and DAMAGED written on boxes This part order has been sent to another unlucky customer who has returned items back to them wrapped in about 10 rolls of parcel tape They have then sent these to me Iwonder how many times they have done this This company (if you can call it that) should have been closed down a long time ago as all review centres are riddled with complaints about their ignorant and arrogant attitude towards all these unfortunate customers who have been scammed by them AVOID AT ALL COSTS just wish i had looked before i purchased SHOULD NOT BE IN BUISNESS SHOULD BE IN JAIL

I ordered some bedroom furniture from this company weeks ago, the guy said the items were in stock and he would be sending them to the distributor for delivery. We have heard nothing since then, a couple of times we have tried to call him, he is very pleasant on the whole - but you can tell he is just making excuses as to where the order is.

The money has been taken from my account, no sign of the order. I am starting to wonder judging by other reviews if I will ever see my order.

I think it's totally unacceptable to charge a persons account before the items are ready for dispatch and if I ever see my order - I will never recommend or use this company again.

I ordered four leather dinning chairs, superb quality leather, great value. I was so pleased i have placed a second order. When i emailed the company i got a response from them straight away. Fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

I have had 3 orders for this company buying bedroom and dining furniture for my holiday home business. The furniture is of the highest quality and at great prices. There was a problem with a chair which was quickly resolved. I have recommended them to my friends and they have also ordered.

I paid for my bedroom furniture in August of last year, and every time I contacted them they said there was a delay on the bedside tables but the rest was ready. They didn't answer my emails. In January I was told that the furniture was in the warehouse. Still no delivery date. They then refunded the money even though I wanted the furniture. I then saw on ebay that the furniture price was much higher!
