Order a sofa which was awful when I recieved it, was so hard like sitting on a park bench. Contacted them to return it and because it had been unpackaged outside by the couriers as could not get it into my property I had to pay £199 to return it but also had to repackage myself, which being disabled I was not able to do so was going to have to try and sell it, eventually they agreed the send a courier to package aswell but this ended up costing me £229 just to return it. When I spoke to them they decided to inform me it was a firm sofa which had not been on the description. This caused me a lot of distress and upset which was not needed if they had put the right description of the sofa. Avoid at all costs not worth it at all

We would like to clarify that our returns policy does outline the £199 collection charge where the item is returned packaged and ready for collection. Where additional collection or packaging assistance is required, further charges may apply, which we appreciate can be frustrating.
We understand that, as a disabled customer, repackaging the sofa yourself was not practical. We are therefore pleased that an arrangement was made for our courier to assist with the packaging and collection.
We're sorry that you were unhappy with the comfort of the sofa. Firmness can be subjective, and we appreciate that the sofa did not meet your personal preference. We take all customer feedback seriously and will review the product information to ensure the description provides as much clarity as possible regarding the feel and firmness of the sofa.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. You will notice not many good reviews after the initial delivery and actually using the item.. The sofas are fine for a week if that. Made of cheap wood that then starts to come through the padding causing injuries aswell as being very uncomfortable. I tried to return and was told id have to pay rental for the time I had it! (Never heard of such a thing on a faulty product) then was DELIBERATELY not dealt with till my warranty expired. Now they won't take it back atall. Waste of money and a total con! Sofas made to look the part but not usable or lasting.

The company were very helpful and after a delay in delivery gave me a full refund. I then ordered the cinema chair. It arrived in perfect condition but I find the backrest quite hard but it may soften over time . Overall the chair is quite comfortable and even more so with the foot rest and the cup holders , under arm storage with table are great additions.

So far so good! Nothing to moan about. Sofa set was delivered within three days! We were given a 10-12 week wait elsewhere for double the price. Delivery was great, installing the sofa (recliners) wasn’t any bother. They look good and the customer service is good too. Would highly recommend to others.

Great sofa shame about the delivery
Sofa is beautiful and easy to put together. Recieved after about a week. Only giving 4 stars because of the delivery team and customer service on the phone. Although delivery is free, they do not unpack or assemble so left with 3 giant boxes. But my real issue is that on my 1st delivery date they turned up half an hr early ( I was in the shower so missed their calls) called them back 1 min after the last call at 8.45am (still 15 mins before my actual given time slot) only to be met with answer phone, call was not returned and it was 2pm before I found the tracking message that saidbitvwas a failed delivery. They didn't have my house number which was my fault. But they didn't even stick around until my actual time slot! When I spoke with a lady on the phone and tried to explain this she was very dismissive and sounded like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone!
But as I said the sofa was easy to put together and is absolutely beautiful.
