Super fast delivery and item is exactly as pictured. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a set of 6 dining room chairs to replace the previous worn out ones. I was a bit nervous about ordering them without physically seeing them first but decided to give it a go. The chairs were exactly as described, good quality and good value for money. They arrived packaged well and very quickly so I’m really happy with my purchase and the service.

Fast delivery and a great item condition. Not too hard to assemble and a really comfortable desk chair. Would order again!

The table was delivered promptly and the driver kindly carried it into our hall due to the weight. The contents came extremely well protected in their substantial double walled cartons. The polystyrene protection was therefore contained and importantly not broken. It was quickly put together as instructions were clear. We kept the table on its cardboard to avoid any possibility of damage on our tiled floor. We examined the top and noticed a very small scratch clearly done in manufacture. An emailed photo seeking how best to treat it resulted in the immediate offer of an either replacement or a discount. We emailed our appreciation to the company and they have responded by return. This contrasted markedly with previous companies who “ made us go through hoops” before getting a response. My wife and I are delighted with our purchase and will not hesitate to recommend Furniturebox. In my experience over many, many years (I’ll be an octogenarian at the end of the year ) the measure of a good company is how they choose to respond in these situations. I commend them whole heartedly.

The table was hard to assemble as it didn’t match up. We managed to in the end. Chairs were easy to assemble. It looks nice and really good for the price.

I couldn’t be happier with my new garden furniture set. It’s incredibly sturdy, very comfortable, and looks fantastic in the garden. The two built-in side tables are so useful, and having the additional table gives plenty of space for drinks and snacks when entertaining.

The furniture box was also excellent and provides loads of storage while keeping everything neat and tidy.

The whole experience was made even better by the company. They were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, and I was amazed to receive next-day delivery. Excellent customer service, high-quality furniture, and a hassle-free buying experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stylish, well-made garden furniture.

Delivery was fast and reasonable. The beds far exceeded my expectations for the cost. In fact I was thrilled to see they were made from (it think) tulipwood rather than pine. All the bits for assembly were included and there was even a bag of extras - just in case. The instructions were clear and the assembly itself was easy with a few simple tools. I will shop here again.

Delivery great item perfect

As a response to Furniturebox - the only comment I have is too little too late. It cannot be left since 16th of June to process this when we are simply no longer available.

A decent response would have been either 1. To arrange inspection asap 2. Ask for return for inspection and options 3. Now that this case has been mishandled so much causing a risk to the family which we have tried to convey in multiple communications both with Customer Services of Furniturebox and Debenhams Team where we actually made the purchase and to the warranty team. We set up clear deadlines after lack of communication and are now imposing these deadlines and have processed action as we sit necessary. You have turned a complaint decent customer to a stressed customer. I dont take it lightly to place any review let alone negative review online to any firm. I hope this effort shows the extend thos process has been a negative impact to us. Please do not portray yourself as taking action now this is online as its too little too late.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Furniturebox regarding a faulty sofa purchased through the Debenhams Marketplace.

After only a few months of normal domestic use, the sofa developed a significant fault. One side lost its support, and the internal metal frame could be felt through the seating area whenever we sat or lay down. This has caused considerable discomfort and back pain for both myself and my partner, and other family members, including our young children, have also found it uncomfortable to use.

I first reported the issue on 16 June 2026 and fully cooperated with every request made by Furniturebox. I submitted a warranty claim, provided photographs and videos, and supplied all the information requested. Despite this, the process became unnecessarily drawn out. I was repeatedly asked for information that had already been provided, and communication between departments appeared inconsistent.

It took almost two months before an independent inspection was finally arranged. During that time, we were left with a faulty sofa in our home and no meaningful resolution. The delays created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family.

I appreciate that Furniturebox has now instructed an independent inspection, and I hope the matter will finally be resolved. However, this should have happened much sooner. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a warranty claim on a product that has failed after such a short period of use.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Furniturebox's after-sales service. I hope they improve the way warranty claims are handled, particularly communication, consistency and response times.

Coffee table looks lovely

Arrived in good condition. The bed had a small bit of damage on one of the panels but once the mattress was on the bed it wasn’t visible. Easy to put together. Looks great and quality was good for the price.

We searched for a dining table for so long, we found the Leonardo dining table and we fell in love with it immediately. This dining table is absolutely gorgeous and functional at the same time. We love this dining table and how gorgeous it sits in our dining area. Thank you Furniture Box.
